The space
A large luxurious Penthouse corner unit 96 sqm inc 2 BR and 2 balconies, with all round views at Anvaya Cove's Sea Breeze Veranda Condo.
-Anvaya Cove is an exclusive resort and is maintained to the highest standards, on the edge of the rainforest, the Sea Breeze Verandas are a 2-3 min drive down to the beautiful cove, Dine in one of the four restaurants, as you enjoy the stunning sunsets over the West Philippines Sea. Swim in one of the many pools or de-stress with a massage at the relaxing Spa Retreat, You can take advantage of the modern gym or an early morning walk to the beach.
-Be one of our guests and feel how it is like to live in a Luxurious Penthouse unit. Two large Bedrooms with a spacious living room with Netflix TV and WIFI. Dining area and Kitchen comes with:

-The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 pax. We supply bed linen, pillows and towels for each booked person.

-Beach towels are available at the beach club.

-Some Free Club Passes may be available, please enquire at the time of booking.

-Cost of additional passes are 1000 per pax. The rate charged by the Club may change (during peak dates such as holidays)

-Guaranteed access to club on check-in date with free access to the beautiful swimming pool at the condo anytime during your stay.

-Club fees are not included with the unit rental cost.

-If staying for 2 nights, you can choose to use the Club facilities again on your 2nd day if you pay the daily entrance fees.

-There is no access to the beach club on check out day, however you have full access to the Condo infinity pool at no charge.

-Note...Super Peak periods of Holy Week, Christmas and All Saints, plus local or national public holiday periods are not eligible for any Free Passes

-Super Peak Periods-Beach Club entrance fees... First 5 pax at 1k/head/day, 6th person up at 2k/head/day


-Please understand the Club entrance fees before booking. Anvaya Club is a highly exclusive membership club and is not open to the general public. Non-member guests are expected to abide by Club rules and policies at the Club.

-Always inform accurate number of people

-Club access entitles you to:-

-Free Pool Towel rental for each paid entrance fee (no free towel rental for free guests)
- Private Beach Access
- Cabanas & Loungers
- 3 Beautiful Beachside Pools & Hot Tub
- KId's Club
- Access to Spa with well priced treatments
- Access to Club Restaurants with well priced food
- Medical Assistance including Ambulance in an emergency.

-All pax older than 12 months are chargeable at the club - there are excellent facilities for infants here.

-Maids/Yayas are chargeable at the condo, but are not charged at the club, but only in the performance of their duties and cannot use the facilities.
-Drivers are not allowed to stay in the units as they have their own quarters, which can be booked on arrival, they are not allowed to enter the beach club area but have access to the driver's lounge and can purchase meal tickets to eat there.

-Check in at the club is from 7.00am, you can use the facilities while you wait for the condo check in which is at 2pm.
-Check out is 11am.
-On the day of departure you can pay full cost to use the beach club facilities or use the condo infinity pool free of charge.

-Anvaya Cove is a cashless environment, you will need to charge all your meals/drinks/etc taken at Anvaya’s restaurants, shuttle trips, pool towels and other incidentals to a daily charge card.

-Please note that you will be required to surrender your Government Issued Photo ID as security for the Anvaya charge card, and this will be returned to you when you check out of the club and settle your club bill.

-The golf at Anvaya is available for additional fees paid directly to the club, but please note on certain days (weekends & holidays) it is restricted to members only and is closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Please note that if you play golf at Anvaya, you will be financially and legally liable for any damage or injuries you cause to the club facilities, staff or 3rd party individuals or property.

-We do allow you to cook in the condo which most unit owners do not, however if you do not return the kitchen to the level of cleanliness to that which you found it, we will charge PHP2,500 against your security deposit for the additional time and inconvenience of having to get the kitchen back to a condition where we can check in the next guest. You are also reminded that cooking smelly food like fish (shrimp, crabs, dried fish etc.) is also strictly prohibited and will also attract a PHP2,500 penalty - foul odours linger in the condo and are not fair to the next guest to who will occupy the unit!

-Given the tropical climate here, most of our guests only require bed linen, so we do not supply comforters as standard.

- No Smoking Inside (OK on the balcony but please be considerate with your ash etc.) A charge will be levied for anyone found to have been smoking inside the condo.
- No Pets allowed anywhere at Anvaya Cove
- No Parties
- The Golf Course and the swimming pool at the condos are closed for maintenance every Tuesday
