Located at the base of Red Mountain, a 3 minute walk to the lifts. In the summer time, tennis courts are right out your door. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook for a group.
Cozy living room with views of Red Mountain and a deck with it's own private hot tub. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, and single over single bunk. One of the sofa's pull out if you don't want to sleep on the top bunk. One bedroom has a desk space if someone is working remotely.
2 full bathrooms, 1 parking space, in-suite laundry and pet friendly!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. If applicable, a pet deposit is also required to be paid (50% of monthly rental rate).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

We enjoyed the peaceful location on Red Mountain. We especially loved having the pickleball courts right on site. Just a short walk to Donnie's Bistro and just a short drive to Rossland. It is a perfect location for anyone looking to enjoy outdoor activities; hiking, biking or skiing. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!
The condo was overall very good. Location was very convenient and the personal hot tub on the deck can’t be beat! It should be noted that the material is completely disintegrating on the two chairs in the living room and they should be replaced. They are in unacceptable condition for a property that rents in this price range.
