It was a very nice apartment, close to all the local shops, the beach, shopping centre, funfairs, and Sea Life. My children really like it very much.

Lovely apartment, so close to so many shops, bars and resteraunts. Nice, comfortable walk to town centre and beach front. Would return in th future.

The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. Overall this is a gem of a place to stay and we will definitely be back.

Dont judge the Flat by the pictures

The flat it self was really nice but a few issues with things inside the property that needed attention. Plates, cuos and cutlery were dirty, hooks off the wall, toilet seat broken, blinds in the bedrooms keep no light out and when you open the windows the smell of cannabis came through from unsaveroy character's in the back lane.Inside the flat it was very hot and even with the fans provided iy was unbearable and we struggled to sleep.When you arrive at the property, it is located next door to a cafe where opressive individuals would be sat in the door way of the property and were intimidating.

Hi Wes, Thank you for your feed back. We just want to clarify that the plates, cups and cutlery were cleaned. We have professional cleaners who cleans the property to make sure they are prepared when the guests arrive. Also, the heating can be adjusted on the thermostat and the instructions are provided on the welcome guide link that was sent along with the check-in details. We have already spoken to the owner of the cafe to inform their customers not to block the building entrance of our property and the owner assured us that it won't happen again. The smell of cannabis coming from outside the window that you mentioned was never reported to us before and we are certain that it's not from the residents of the building. It was circumstantial thing that happened during your stay and this never happened to any of our guests in the past. We apologize that you were not comfortable during your stay and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We aim to work on improving all aspects of the service we provide and we'll take the necessary steps to make improvement for better stays. Thank you!
