Towles & Bed Linens: -Leave towels in the bathrooms bundled up on floor -Remove bed linens and place them on the end of bed
THERMOSTATS: Two Thermostats: 1st and 2nd Floors Winter Season: Upon exiting home, please turn down heat to 60 degrees. Summer Season: Please turn off window air conditioning units

Fabulous house, lovely town, great beach location

Wonderful house for a family/friends get together. Narragansett is a lovely town with an amazing beach and great restaurants. We had an amazing stay.

Amazing stay & helpful host!

Our group had a great time, the house was very cute and clean, and the host was extremely responsive to all questions we had! Will definitely come back if we have the chance!

The house was great for our large group and the host was very communicative throughout the booking process. He meant to block off the first night I had booked due to a deep clean but gave us a later check in time and a free extra day instead, which was very much appreciated! The location is great for the beach and walking distance to the coffee shops and stores nearby. We fit 15 people easily. Would definitely book again for a large group!

Amazing spot

Steve’s house was perfect, it’s HUGE and easily fit 8 of us with loads of extra space. It was clean, well depicted online, and the location literally couldn’t be better. Steve was also a super nice and responsive host.

Rhode Island Gem

This property was comfortable and spacious! Our family enjoyed our stay. We chose this home because of its location to Narragansett pier where we hosted and attended our daughter’s baby shower at Celeste Restaurant located around the corner. This home had every amenity needed to truly enjoy spending time with family.

Incredible Narragansett Rental

The location was terrific. Close to the beach & the pier. The house comfortably accommodated our family of 15, including 7 young grandchildren. Great deck and yard for everyone to congregate.

This one: Overall, the house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It is close to the beach in a nice area with shops and restaurants nearby. It seemed that the house not been checked well before we arrived and we had to contact the owner to bring a working air conditioner for one of the bedrooms, coffee mugs (there were only 4), pot holders, dish towels, cooking pots, more silverware and more bath towels. He was very responsive at first and came the next day with those items. When the owner came, we pointed out that the sink in one of the bathrooms was dripping water onto the floor and one of the shower heads had a broken handle. He said he would come back with the parts for those in two days, but he didn’t come for another 2 days. There was also a door handle that connected the laundry room to the lower bedroom that kept falling off even after he repaired it. We also found broken glass on the outside patio and we had 2 live mice run through the kitchen on 2 separate occasions and toilet paper was not stocked as advertised. Also, one of the bedrooms with a keypad spontaneously locked and we did not have the code. The owner did not respond quickly to this text , but eventually we found a key hidden on the door jam. The owner is very nice and told us he is a new owner so I’m sure there are some growing pains. Hopefully, the entire house will be checked and inventoried and prepped properly going forward and future guests won’t need to experience the growing pains.
