The 10m x 5m pool (the perfect size for volleyball!) and outdoor seating and dining area will mean that you spend the majority of your stay here living outdoors.

It's in a great location, just a short stroll from an excellent boulangerie and a 25 minute walk/5 minute driver from beautiful Valbonne village with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There are also two golf courses, both only a few minutes away, and tennis/padel courts nearby.

Well positioned house, fully equipped and a lovely place to stay. Great swimming pool, lots of space throughout the property, really comfy bedrooms. Simon is a great host and nothing was too much trouble, looking forward to returning to the area in the near future.

Just spent an amazing 10 days at this property. A beautiful house with a self contained bungalow. Beautiful surroundings, large pool. The house and bungalow were lovely and clean.The village just a few minutes away was very quaint with shops and restaurants in the square.Simon and Leona were perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble, lovely people. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place.
