This beautifully furnished Brand-New Townhome (Sleeps 9) is a 3 Bed/2 Bath with beautiful coastal decor and is a very short walk to the beach making it the ultimate North Padre Island destination getaway!

The open concept Living Room/Dining Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a fun-filled day at the Beach! It consists of a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV (Streaming & Cable) and an oversize Kitchen Bar w/Bar Stools. Board Games also included for a fun family game night!!

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal including utensils, plates, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Start your mornings with a steaming cup of coffee brewed in the Keurig Coffee Maker (coffee provided).

The downstairs Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, TV for Streaming and Closet, creating a private oasis of comfort. It also has direct access to the large Outdoor Entertainment area.

The Downstairs Hall Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and sink.

Make your way upstairs to the Second Bedroom which has a King Size bed, Closet and TV for Streaming/Cable. Step out onto the private porch off the Bedroom for a peek-a-boo view of the beautiful ocean!

At the top of the stairs, kids and adults alike will enjoy the Loft area that includes a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle, plush bean bag chairs and a TV for Streaming/Cable.

The Upstairs Hall Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and sink.

Step outside into the expansive Outdoor Entertainment area, perfect for soaking up the island vibes. Enjoy grilling mouthwatering meals on the gas barbecue grill. After a long day at the Beach, relax and gather around the Fire Pit and create unforgettable memories under the starry sky. String lights add a touch of enchantment to the outdoor ambiance. Grab a glass of wine and unwind in the comfortable seating area, ideal for lounging and enjoying the coastal breeze! A large variety of Beach Toys are also provided for guests to use!!

The Pool is also perfect for both adults and kids! One side is designed for kids with water cannons, bucket dump and fun water features! The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with a good restaurant Brewster Street nearby and the sandbox in walking distance. The home was comfortable overall, we slept well, and the AC worked great. The host was kind and very responsive when we shared a couple of minor issues. We did have one awkward moment when the property manager showed up upset, saying she had been yelled at. We only meant to pass along helpful feedback and didn’t intend to cause any trouble.A few other notes: The property is advertised as a 3-bedroom but is two bedrooms plus a loft. The kitchen appliances are slow to heat, the pull-out sofa had no sheets, and the upstairs balcony needed cleaning from bird droppings. We brought our own toilet paper, paper towels, air mattress and blankets, so it all worked out well for our family. Great location and we’d recommend it!

I’d also like to clarify a couple of items mentioned in your review. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding our housekeeper’s visit. She stopped by to clean as it was an hour after check out time so she kindly wanted to do a brief walkthrough of the property to show where everything was located, including the sheets and bedding for the sleeper sofa and to make sure your stay was great. We haven't had anything but positive comments about her so we’re very sorry if there was any miscommunication or if the interaction was interpreted differently than intended. Regarding the upstairs balcony, a bird had recently built a nest, and the baby birds had just hatched less than a week before your arrival. Because of this, we were unable to remove the nest at the time without disturbing the birds. As soon as it is safe to do so, the nest and surrounding area will be thoroughly cleaned. We also appreciate your additional comments, as they help us continue improving the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back again in the future.

Very close to the beach

Townhouse was great. Sleeps 10. Super close to the beach access road (that part was amazing). Pool was amazing with plenty of stuff for the kids to do. The only issue we had was the walls are super thin with little no insulation. You could hear the neighbors talking, walking and their TV. You could also hear the road noise and construction noise.
