The open kitchen and living area boasts vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances and amenities, making meal prep a breeze. A convenient coffee/drink bar keeps traffic out of the main kitchen area, while seating at the bar offers a great spot for casual dining or chatting. The living space is designed for relaxation, with a Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. This top floor is an ideal blend of comfort, style, and functionality, making it the heart of the home.
The first floor of this home offers three inviting bedrooms, perfect for accommodating family and friends. Beautiful Beach House

This was our first time renting a beach house and we were spoiled. The house was beautiful and had a great location. We always stay in Avon and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed. The owners were awesome and gracious host. We will definitely be renting this house again. My family and friends plan to make this our tradition.

Our family had the BEST week! The house is absolutely beautiful with excellent amenities. It’s close to anything you need on the Outer Banks. We had fantastic beach days with an easy, quick walk on the most convenient wooden path that led to the perfect spot to set up for the day. The upper balcony was a favorite spot that gave beautiful views of the ocean. At night after the kids went to bed, we watched the most gorgeous sunsets and saw several shooting stars as we took in the sounds of the ocean. Just so peaceful and relaxing! There was ample parking and the house is nestled in the most beautiful corner lot. Just can’t say enough good stuff!!! The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
