What a great find! Being right in-town was wonderful with no car needed for a walk to the beach, library, band concert, General Store. Enjoyed dinner in Fairhaven, lunch at Ansel Gurneys and take away from The Outback....Patty's food is "the best"!
The cottage was scrupulously clean, wonderful bed, great TV and air conditioning. One thing that remained a mystery ..... were there any pot holders?!
Thank you for a wonderful refuge!! ~Lynn~
Thank you for the wonderful write up and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Hopefully you will consider renting our cottage for a future vacation!
I am sorry about the missing pot holders. I was not aware of the problem. Had you informed me, I would have gladly purchased new pot holders for you immediately.
Again, thank you for the raving review. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
Very cute cottage, clean and comfortable.
We loved being so centrally located in the village.
Thank you for choosing our cottage for your summer rental! It was a pleasure to have you here and I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
Wonderful and quaint cottage in the heart of downtown Marion
Great experience. The cottage was lovely, as were the owners. I had to book last minute for funeral, and they were very prompt and accommodating. The cottage is beautiful and well-kept. It is perfect for a beach getaway - it is in the heart of downtown and just a few streets from the waterfront.
Thank you for renting from us. We appreciate your business.
Loved our stay in Marion. The cottage is perfect, everything you'd need and extremely efficient. Close to town and the beach.
Thank you for renting from us and happy that you enjoyed your stay.
this was a cozy little cottage depicted very well in the photos. The small living room connects to the kitchen area and the ceilings are as high as the bedroom loft which allows for a spacious feel. Perfect for two people. The neighborhood is lined with beautifully landscaped properties and streets spotlessly clean. All of Cape Cod is nearby as well as Newport R.I. We found awesome food and drink at the Brew Fish restaurant and ate there every night.
Wonderful experience for my first time traveling this way. Brad
Cozy vacation rental
We enjoyed our stay at this "charming" cottage in Marion, MA. Be aware that if you choose to forego the linen service, you will not have towels, sheets or blankets. Aside from this, the cottage is very well maintained and the owner was quick to respond to questions.
This renter was well aware of the linen policy prior to her arrival. We had many many discussion about what is and is not included. She chose not to pay for the linen service and she chose to bring everything on her own. I am perplexed as to why she would comment on this issue. No linen service means no linens (sheets, towels, etc...). My usual policy is that linen service is not offered however I had a few renters from the west coast so it was convenient for them to have the linen service. So I offered it to them . Again, Jill ( who comes from the west coast) did not chose the service because of cost.
