The large second bedroom is an en-suite. It has a bathroom and TV inside the room.

The office is equipped with a docking station (desk with monitor) and can be used as an additional living space if needed. The home has a Built-in BBQ, 2 Covered patios, and Spectacular Golf Course Views.

A good life awaits. This highly desired area is loaded with amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, workout facilities, tennis and basketball courts! This is Gilbert's ONLY private country club, available for those who choose to purchase memberships directly from the country club. This is an extra fee and does not come with the rental.
The Seville Golf and Country Club has many wonderful amenities in the heart of the Seville community. Whether you are a leisurely stroller or a dedicated runner, the meandering walking paths throughout Seville are easily accessible, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of this master-planned community.
