About this property

Contemporary Retreat Across from the Beach!

Escape to paradise! The Seaview Club is a small intimate 38 unit condo complex located on the preferred southern end of Marco Island. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis court and a bar-b-que grill. We are the closest condo complex to the beach without paying beachfront prices. Just walk across the street to access 3 miles of beautiful white sand beaches.

Come inside our newly remodeled contemporary second floor end unit with lots of natural light and extra windows. The first thing you will notice is the beautiful wood style flooring that is through out the condo. Everything is new from the doors to the crown molding.

As you come down the hall turn left into our new full size kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster are here. There is also a great breakfast bar with stools.

Looking out from the kitchen you see the dining area and living room which are decorated in a beautiful contemporary style. There is plenty of room for friends and family to socialize or watch a movie on the 55' inch LED TV. We have a Blu-ray player and free WiFi. The sofa converts into a comfortable queen size bed.

From the living room step out to the screened in balcony. It's a great place to see the sun go down or have a meal with your morning coffee.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and 32" LED TV. There is also a dresser and his and her closets. Open the french doors to a spa inspired master bath. The bathroom offers double sinks, toilet, spa bench, full length mirror and a beautifully glass tiled walk in shower.

The second bedroom features 2 new twin beds, dresser, chair and closet. Off the bedroom is the laundry area with full size front load washer and dryer. The second bathroom has also been remodeled and has a vanity, toilet and tub with shower.

Extra's we include are beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys and beach towels.

Very nice condo in great location accross from public beach entrance and within walking distance to everything you need as far as restaurants go. Would definitely recommend for families that want a quiet and clean place

Awesome setup for a young family or just a couple! Ive been to Marco multiple times and this place is in an excellent location and everything was spot on with the condo. Plenty of room and extremely nice people in complex. Nice flexibility between beach time or pool time depending on what you please. Highly recommend and hopefully coming back soon!

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was outstanding. Right on the main drag and across the street from the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Marco Island!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, everything was provided for our stay. Unfortunately we could not open any windows, they had been blocked, we would of liked to get some fresh air during the night.

Nice condo near South Beach

The location was very convenient to South Beach (public access across the road), and walking distance to shops & upscale restaurants & gelato & movies at Marco Walk, as well as beachfront restaurants. The screened balcony with table & chairs is a great feature, as we spent time out there relaxing and eating. The owner supplied all the beach equipment that we desired: chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped, the king bed was comfortable, and the double sinks with counter space were great to have. Also equipped with in-unit washer/dryer which was essential for our stay. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful, as it was set at a very comfortable temperature.

Perfect vacation spot

Both the condo and location are amazing. The condo and property are awesome; updated unit with great kitchen, furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful new master shower. It was well stocked with everything we needed. This unit has a key code lock, which was so much nicer than the last time we stayed in these condos and had to keep track of two sets of keys with teenagers coming and going. This time it was just me and my husband though. It is right across the street from the beach access point, which is very convenient (and the walkway to the beach is very pretty). I especially love the pool at Seaview. It’s large and always a wonderful temperature. We walked on the beach every morning and found lots of pretty shells. There were almost always dolphins swimming right there that were so fun to watch. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Marco Island is awesome and we highly recommend this rental.

Amazing value and so close to the beach!

Everything was perfect and as shown. We are a family of 4, all adults, and had plenty of space! So clean and beautiful. It felt like a high end hotel. We normally stay at JW MARRIOT down the street for thousands more and I’m so glad we gave this condo a try. A short 5min walk to the beach and so worth it for the space and convenience of the condo! Everything you could need is there. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. There are beach towels too. All kitchen needs are there! Beds are comfy and the entire experience was fantastic. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Nice quiet building. I will definitely stay here again. My adult kids are 19 and 26 and loved it as well.
