Amazing view top balcony . Even with the construction it didn't affect our stay. Always enjoy our stay at sea winds .

Thank you! Hurricanes have made some construction noise part of the Marco experience but safety is important. But you can't beat the view and the best beach in Florida! See you again!

The condo was well cleaned prior to our arrival. We loved the direct access to the beach and the restaurants/shops within walking distance. The check-in and check out process was very easy.

Second stay at this property as again what we expected. When I viewed availability in early February for 2027 repeat stay, noticed two of our normal weeks were reserved and was disappointing we didn’t have “first right of refusal”. When I communicated with host they indicated VRBO doesn’t recognize that practice. We made alternative plans in a different unit with deposit to only be contacted a week later that reservation canceled. Due to new commitment with deposit, we are staying in a different Sea Winds unit. Thanks

We are always grateful for repeat renters. VRBO instant booking and their limited options for booking "window" can occasionally make someone miss out. We and our rental agency will gladly reserve in advance for repeat renters you just need to communicate with us that is your wish. Beautiful view of the gulf from the 17th floor! Furnishings were basic but functional. Right on the beach, we loved it!

Spectacular Family Getaway!

Condo was perfectly equipped with beach essentials, kitchen utensils, bath towels and the "in unit" washer and dryer were ideal! Local restaurants were great and we loved the short trip into Naples. If we return to Marco Island, staying here is a definite!

A week in paradise

Stunning views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Everything was just as described. Bed was comfortable and the unit was very clean. The closet is filled with a beach supplies. We bought a new, larger umbrella & anchor and left it for others to enjoy. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just a couple of comments for future travelers: - great views from the 17th floor - Master bedroom bed was a bit firm for our liking - no screens on the patio doors

Thank you for your great review. We love feedback. The king bed is a new foam mattress though not as cushy as a pillow top it is very hygienic and easy to clean. Tough decisions these days in regards to that... As for the screens we don't need any! Up on the 17th floor we are open to the beautiful sea air free of those nasty Florida no-seeums. Please note we are waiting for the Seawinds insurance company to replace hurricane sliders...coming soon. Thank you again for your stay. We look forward to your future booking.

Perfect beachfront stay

We loved our stay! Lucked out and had great weather. The elevator was often waiting for us in the lobby so we never had to wait long. Beach access is easy and there's always room to set up your own space. We walked to most restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
