Nestled in a very nice area in Fort Myers is this 3-bedroom retreat. We offer a clean, comfortable house with a private pool & close to everything. We are located only a few blocks away from Florida Southwestern College. (FSW), A perfect location for parents visiting students or for a college visit. Our home is also an excellent location for those watching or participating in baseball games. We are also only about 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. We are close to downtown Ft. Myers and popular shopping areas, such as Belle Towers. We are just across the bridge from Cape Coral. The historic Edison home is just a few minutes away, as well. Our location is not only central to most everything, but we have a beautiful and safe neighborhood where you can walk, ride your bike, or go a few blocks away to our golf course. Whether you are staying here on vacation, for work, or for another event, this location is perfect for everyone and everything.
We have 2 king bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed on top of it. Everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy the fabulous living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra relaxation. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, a shower, and one bathtub. Enjoy our heated pool out in our large lanai. We have lounge chairs and towels for you to enjoy our outdoor area. Out by the pool, we also have a table and chairs for eating or drinking outside, along with a flat-screen outdoor smart TV.
We also have some beach chairs and towels you can take to the beach.
I am the owner and manager. I am easy to reach and will make sure your questions are answered. We do offer monthly stays. Please let us know if you are interested in that.

Hello. Our main home is in Iowa. We fell in love with Ft. Myers Beach and had three properties there. Unfortunately, after Hurricane Ian, we lost two of the three structures. We decided to purchase this house because it was close to the beach but away from the hurricane surge. This house is so cozy! It has a fenced-in back yard, lanai, and nice heated pool. It is in such a perfect location too. We are close to the beach, close to the bridge going to Cape Coral, close to downtown Ft. Myers, and very close to many of the stores, restaurants, and things to do. Although, the neighborhood is nice and peaceful for a relaxing day or evening by the pool. It is perfect for us! We hope to eventually move to Florida for the winter or all year round. But, for now, we are renting out our properties, when we are not there.

This neighborhood is residential. We have great neighbors. You can take walks or bike rides around the neighborhood. There is even a golf course just down the street.
People can drive their golf carts through the streets here. We love the area, it is relaxing and safe. You can jump in your car and you are close to most everything in Ft Myers and the beach. It is perfect.

The location is awesome! You have the best of both worlds. A cozy home in a nice neighborhood, but still close to all the things you want to do in the area.
The house is perfect for a family or friends traveling together.
We have TV's in almost every room, including outside in the pool area.
We have a large living room, kitchen, and a full dining room overlooking the pool.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private door leading out to the pool area. Plus, we have a large master bathroom with a double vanity sink, large tile shower, and make-up vanity. We also have a walk in closet.
We have two additional bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other has a queen bed along with a twin bed above it. They share a full bathroom with tub/shower.
This house is perfect 6 - 7 people.
