This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is perfect for families or groups, offering plenty of space and comfort with sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. With a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk, and a double sleep sofa, everyone has a cozy spot to rest. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from both Lakeside Village and the Keystone Conference Center, and a quick 5-minute drive to River Run Village, this condo is a year-round base for adventure—whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or mountain biking during the summer.

The main level is an open, welcoming space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a dining area that comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The cozy living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day outdoors, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Step outside onto the private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, to enjoy breathtaking mountain views while you relax in the fresh alpine air. The convenient half bath is located nearby in the living area.

Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—each with their own private en-suite bathroom and access to a secluded patio overlooking the Quicksilver meadow. The first bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs for your comfort and entertainment.

Great spot for families

My kids loved having access to the pool and hot tub. We also played some fun games together- overall great experience.

Ski Trip

Our group loved the condo. It had everything we needed to have the perfect stay. The facility was clean, organized, and spacious. It was also near Loveland, Keystone resort, shopping centers, and great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski weekend

It was the perfect spot for skiing at Keystone the shuttle was easy to use, did not have to worry about parking. We arrived on a snowy night so I did wish we could have gone straight to the condo instead of driving further down the road to get the keys. All in all a wonderful condo meet all our needs.

Perfect Getaway in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of us from the Denver area wanted a weekend away in the mountains and this place was perfect for what we were looking for. Comfortable sleep accommodations, plenty of bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen and dining area to cook instead of eating out. Also enjoyed the hot tub while we were there as well. The checkin instructions were clear although I’d maybe include a map with the check-in packet that is picked up with where the actual unit is. The address directs you to the road behind all of the buildings so it can be tricky to find.

Proximity to the Peru lift was perfect; the bus picked up right at the entance to the condo neighborhood and dropped off at Mountain Home. My kids loved that the pool was close by too! The condo itself was great! Very clean and nicely laid out. Our 4 boys fit into the 2nd bedroom well, even with all of their ski gear! The communication with the property management company was top notch - texts were sent with reminders of major events, like arrival info and then a perfectly timed text with departure/clean up info. We've stayed in a few places in Keystone and this one is at the top of our list! We will be back!

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
