Discover this 1-bedroom upscale gem in Durham. Totally private entrance. This pleasant carriage home apartment features a cozy queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower. All hardwood floors including the foyer and staircase. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a W/D during your stay. Plus, take advantage of the fitness room and a pool only a block away at the amenity centre keep up with your workout routine. The kitchen is equipped with a wine cooler, ref, stove, oven and a microwave. Beautiful tiled backsplash. The place is still under construction will be available march 1, more photos will be available late feb. We hope you enjoy what our place and Durham has to offer.
Garage parking available on request. The place is in the process of being furnished. Will be completely done by April 30 when new pictures will be posted.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
