Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean and great communications with the property managers. The street noise is not bad at all.

Beautiful setting, excellent location if you are driving to Carborro or Chapel Hill. Although close to a busy road, it is quiet inside. Good communication with host. Comfortable bed.Issues we had: pathway lighting nonexistent and it is very dark. No sweetener or creamer to go with the coffee. Two shampoo bottles in the shower but no conditioner. This place is beginning to show some wear and tear

Wooded lot

Apt. was as advertised however was on a heavily wooded lot (hill) and for first few nights no outside lights so walking to/from car was very difficult. Also, place is very small and would be very cramped for 4 people to stay an extended length of time. Furniture was also very uncomfortable.

Great access to Chapel Hill and Durham

Location is fantastic to get around. Quaint space nestled in the woods. You will hear traffic, but it's more like a white noise machine.

Great place to stay!

We loved the location of this property as it is walking distance to UNC games, etc. We took advantage of this and walked to many games at both the Dean Smith Center and Carmichael Arena. We stayed there for two months and totally enjoyed our stay. Stephanie and her husband were very helpful if we needed anything. The property is very neat and clean and in the beautiful forest of Chapel Hill. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for a couples weekend getaway

Property was very clean on arrival, working appliances, ac was perfect but a little loud because it’s a window unit, but it still works great. Amazing location, only a short drive to all UNC campus locations and Franklin street, and about 15 minutes away from Southpoint mall. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend, or anyone looking to visit the Chapel Hill area. Thank you to the hosts for their amazing hospitality, we will definitely be returning.

Clean and quiet

Charming and very clean, petite one bedroom apartment. Adequately stocked with kitchen items to make a few meals while we were there and the quality coffee provided was a really nice bonus. Felt safe and easy to get to in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. Spent most our time in downtown Chapel Hill which was about a 7 minute drive away. Stephanie was super responsive and helpful. Was exactly what I needed for a weekend trip with my five year old.

Visiting Family

We were helping our adult daughter move from one residence to another in Carrboro. Moving is always exhausting. This lovely little cottage was a great getaway from the demands and chaos of the move. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The idyllic location, nestled within lots of beautiful trees, was somehow magically close to everywhere we needed to be while we were there. Before getting her bed set up in the new place, our daughter stayed with us on the pull-out couch. It was very comfortable and easy to use! We will stay here again the next time we are visiting in Carrboro! Highly recommend.

The apt was perfect. Stephanie was so kind and responded quickly with any questions. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and close to UNC campus and good restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.

Great find close to the UNC-Chapel Hill campus

I travelled to Chapel Hill for an event at UNC and this property is on a great location close to campus. Check in was easy and everything was ready for me when I arrived. My hosts communicated well with me throughout my stay and I had no problems at all. Great find if you can book it!

Great one bedroom apartment attached to the main house.

This apartment was the perfect complement to the main house, which we also rented. One couple with a child in a port-a-crib stayed here very comfortably and it afforded them some privacy. It also doubled as a great space for the bride and bridesmaids to take over for their hair and makeup the day of the wedding. Wonderful hosts and a great neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Visiting Chapel Hill

Stephanie and Adam have a cute little apartment at the side of their house. Although they are on property we never noticed their presence. Apartment was centrally located to all we needed, bonus our son was only 2 miles away. House felt homey and secure. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Apartment

This property was in the perfect location. Check-in was easy as Stephanie messaged the instructions and included both her and her husbands number just in case I needed something. The apartment was very clean and Stephanie even included the essentials such as coffee and snacks! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again!

Chapel Hill getaway

The property was absolutely perfect in terms of what I was looking for - full kitchen, very comfortable bed and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.
