Great Home Away in the Desert

We just finished a three month stay in the Desert Ridge property and have booked another stay for next year. The three bed, three bath condo is very well appointed and feels very much like home. Great for visits by family and friends, and has everything you could ever need. The neighborhood is great for walking and the Desert Ridge community has convenient shopping and restaurants. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. We look forward to our next stay.

Very restful and super comfortable resort like vacation.

Owners were professional and pleasant to deal with. The townhouse was beautifully appointed. The Village's pool and BBQ area was very nice and the residents friendly. Overall it was an awesome experience. Jamie and Sue

Great condo - Great location

We have rented this condo three times (so far) during the winter months. It's a wonderful unit, nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen has everything that you might need. The 2nd floor porch gets the winter sun - it is so nice that we don't bother heading to the pool very often. It is easy to feel at home here. The location is centrally located for north Phoenix and Scottsdale attractions. The Desert Ridge shopping area is close enough to walk to. The owners have been very nice to work with. 5 stars.

Sunny Phoenix!

Recently got back from staying at this condo. Extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owners have made this a very comfortable environment to be in. We were very happy to be in such close proximity to many different golf courses, hiking trails and shopping. Also, so many restaurants close by you can pick a different one everyday! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Phoenix!

Awesome Place

This 3bdrm/3bthrm condo is spacious, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. There are TVs in each room as well as the living room. There is a pool as well as walking paths. The condo is close to amenities, restaurants and the highway. From here, the Grand Canyon is a day trip. The condo is very close to the Mayo Clinic and Scottsdale. We stayed here for two months to facilitate treatment at the Mayo Clinic. This is a lovely place and we enjoyed our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo N. Phoenix

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending the month of March in this beautiful well appointed condominium in North Phoenix. The condo has three separate bedrooms, all with TVs and full baths. It is located very close to the 101/51 expressway interchange in one of the more prestigious areas of North Phoenix. There are wonderful restaurants and shopping very close. It is also approximately 10 to 12 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and approximately the same time to Scottsdale. The property was quiet, well appointed, obviously well-kept and very clean when we arrived. The owners were very easy to work with, experienced and knowledgeable. There is a pool located within the complex and less than a five minute walk. There are any number of pool toys located in the garage. There are beautiful walking and running paths in the complex and the surrounding areas. Both my wife and I agree, we look forward to returning.

Clean place, great location, friendly owners

I stayed here with two kids and my mom, and it worked perfectly. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is great, and we were able to walk to Desert Ridge Marketplace. The first day, we had an issue with the internet. The owners responded within an hour of my email, and they resolved the situation immediately. They were extremely friendly and responsive. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to a friend.

Home away from home.

My husband and I spent two months at this lovely condo. We could not have asked for a better place. The location was great. We could walk or bike to everything. The condo was so well equipped especially the kitchen. This was a plus as we like to cook. The condo is layed out so guests have privacy when they visit. The only negative was the condition of chairs at the pool. Many were torn and could not be used. The pool area itself was awesome. We hope to stay here again next winter. We were sad to leave.

Desert Ridge, Aviano Townhome

Great property with great owners

Excellent experience from first inquiry through stay. Unit was immaculate, and close to amenities - shopping, golf, etc. Three bedrooms great for family and visitors. Would definitely return.
