This second-floor condo is perfectly situated overlooking the beautiful Snake River, a few minutes' walk from the Keystone Mountain House base area. This past summer, we did a total re-model. Pizza 101 shares our parking lot -- it's delicious!

It is a short walk to a half-dozen restaurants. Of course, down the hill you will find dozens of eating establishments and bars in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. You can chose from fast-food to fine dining.

As you enter the condo, there is plenty of room to store your ski/board equipment in the entry way. Freshly tiled and hand-made cubbies on the wall for your equipment. This is a comfortable condo to stay in. New carpet throughout.

The living room is large, with comfortable recliners on for resting after an exhausting day of skiing or riding. This sectional includes a queen fold out bed with linens provided. A coffee table pulls up into an extra eating or snacking area. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy and a 55' flat screen HDTV with DVR and sports tier channels. We also have some movies, games, and books. A glass patio door gives you a wonderful view of the Gore Range.

The kitchen is AWESOME and now features beautiful 'soft-close' doors and drawers, topped with granite counters and complimentary sink and faucet. All of the appliances are new stainless steel finish. Included are microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and griddle. We are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and kitchen utensils. There are some condiments and staples provided.

Between the living room and kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6. You will love our treatment of the gas fireplace. An incredible one-of-a-kind mantle made out of a local ponderosa pine. The hearth area is finished in rock.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed. This bedroom includes a full ensuite bath (with shower). And HEATED bathroom floor. And Colorado river rock in the shower. And granite vanity top. There is a large chest of drawers and closet for storage.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom (with tub and shower) which is also convenient to the living room. The bathroom floor is tiled and HEATED! Granite vanity top and new faucet. The bedroom also has a dresser with mirror and closet for storage. Both bedrooms have night stands, and reading lamps. A view of the mountains is available from the window in each bedroom. Linens, towels, washcloths and plenty of warm blankets make this condo well appointed. Along with some personal toiletries, we also have a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have an iron and ironing board. You might want to run our cool mist humidifier for the dry Colorado air during your stay.

With our second floor location, our balcony offers a fantastic view of the Gore Range with snow capped mountains in the winter, the gurgling Snake River flowing by and some of the lifts on Keystone Mountain. During the fall the view is beautiful as the aspen change colors. Occasionally you may even see hummingbirds come to feed. There is a high top table and 2 chairs and a propane grill for your use.

During the warmer season, you may want to check out the nearby bike rental or visit Dillon lake just down the road for boating/sailing. Dillon also has an open air theater with free entertainment during the summer. A public golf course or many hiking trails are also convenient.

For those of you that love to shop, Silverthorne has several fun outlet malls. Nearby Frisco and Breckenridge also have many specialty shops to enjoy.

Great location with access to Peru lift

Excellent communication, directions, and check in instructions. Plenty of space and helpful details for skiing like a boot bench and ski hanger. It’s an easy walk to the Peru chair lift. Easier to come back for lunch instead of eating on the mountain. We’d stay here again.

Winter Keystone Vacation

Property well maintained, easy access within walking distance to the Peru Lift. Property Manager very responsive to any issues that might arise. There were no issues during our 8 days of skiing at Keystone. Highly recommend staying at this location for vacation and easy to recreational facilities at Keystone.

Very spacious and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and furnished and decorated well. The walk to the Peru lift is short, and better than the walk from the free lots. The ability to park two vehicles at the property was fantastic. The condo feels loved felt like home right away. Communication with the owner was swift and pleasant. A great place to stay and play...

This is a very roomy condo that is well supplied with all the essentials (kitchen/linens/paper) for an extended stay. We found the convenience of being on the mountain a game changer for us. The short walk to Peru lift was easier than described. There is an on-site hot tub and sauna that took the edge off those well worked muscles. The owners are great with communication, there were no surprises and check-in /check-out processes are flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any season.

This was the perfect place for our family holiday, and we love the location. We had a party of 5 and never had any issues with space or seating. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs.The remodel was a plus and the view is gorgeous! We even saw the neighborhood moose 2 days in a row! That was a real treat! Don was very responsive to any issues or questions we had! This place is a real gem, and we can’t wait to get back!!!

Great week at Snowdance

The condo is really well-located -- once we parked our rental after arriving, we didn't drive it again til we left. Dining, groceries, ski rentals, all within a 5-minute walk, as was the nearest chair lift. And the owner was proactively supportive -- the day before we arrived a sudden and dangerous snowstorm was forecast. Don reached out to let me know so I could prepare... and followed up upon our arrival in Denver to let us know the storm didn't materialize. In both cases, the information and genuine concern was very much appreciated. If/when we return to Keystone, I'll reach out to Don before thiknking about any other accommodations.

Convenient Keystone

Stayed March 2022 skiing at Keystone with a friend. Very well equipped kitchen 2BR / 2 bath comfortable living area and kitchen. Dishwasher and disposal always nice to have. Washer / dryer not in unit but short distance down flight of stairs and a few doors. Bring quarters. Very quiet despite other adjacent units being used. Not ski in / ski out, but still close enough to Peru lift that heading back to the condo for lunch not a big deal. It's a level walk, 5 minutes or less unless you are a very slow walker. Parking outside was convenient. I was able to park right next the steps heading up to the condo door with is very close. Two parking passes are available. The owner was extremely personable and responsive. My booking had a sufficient buffer so that I was able to arrange an early check in / late check out which was very much appreciated and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

You have to see it to believe it! The pictures don’t do it justice. Picturesque views and a spacious place makes for a wonderful Christmas holiday! What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice view from balcony and best part was that we could walk to Peru Lift which gave everyone option for start time in morning. Kitchen was completely stocked and dinner table has character. Will be back for sure!

What a great place!

This condo was ideal! Having extra towels, the spa across the parking lot, the very short walk to the Peru Lift…. It was all spectacular!! It was truly a fantastic experience all around. The owners did a great job explaining how to use the place and the amenities and providing a comfortable stay for a great skiing experience at Keystone. We would rebook in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Rental

This rental was perfect for our stay between Christmas and New Year’s! We’ll definitely be back. Nicely updated, clean, plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to the lifts and we hopped on the shuttle to go up to River Run when we wanted to. Highly recommend!

Pictures don't do this place justice it's alot bigger than expected.

Checking in was seamless. Once I got into the condo I was blown away by the size. This place is located right by the goat one of my favorite bars in keystone and just steps away from the new hi-speed 6 person lift on mountain house side. Ice stayed at 15 or so condos in keystone and this one is by far my favorite.

Keystone Christmas

Our stay at Snowdance 203B was fantastic. The condo is perfect for a family ski vacation. The Peru chair lift is less than 5 minutes walking distance with all your ski gear. Nice view from the deck. The best thing about the condo are the property owners. Don was quick to respond every time we had a question. He went out of his way to assist us with some travel issues. We will definitely hope this unit is available on our next trip to Keystone.

Super Clean, updated & very homey

Excellent place to stay with great amenities & super location — from the kitchen (a crockpot, great set of knives, spices, measuring cups), all paper products, the spa, toys for the kiddos & a comfy couch to relax. Although Peru lift wasn’t open when we were there it was a short drive to River Run & it was free parking. I can wait to come back & stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our family has owned apartments near Wichita State University for nearly 50 years. It has given us a unique perspective on students. We also have 5 children who have gone through the college education process and they all love to ski.

Why they chose this property

Snowdance is perfectly situated for us. It is in a beautiful location and something about the buildings remind me of Bavaria. The unit is very comfortable. We had been looking for something throughout Summit County -- this one just felt right.

What makes this property unique

Clearly, the accessibility to Keystone Mountain is a primary benefit for purchasing this unit. We can walk just a couple of minutes and we are on the Peru lift. It is also very easy to drive here from Kansas -- Interstate highways from home to Dillon. The road to the condo (Highway 6) is always well-maintained. It is the perfect combination for us.
