この210平方メートル（2300平方フィート）の5ベッドルーム5バスルームのタウンハウスは、サンシュルピス、サンジェルマンデプレ、美しいリュクサンブール公園から歩いてすぐです。 この家は、パリで最も権威のある住所の1つにあります-エレガントで、静かで、広く安全なRue de Tournon（フランス上院とGardeRépublicaineの本拠地）。 タウンハウスの住宅部分は3〜6階にあります。 最下階には、予約制でのみオープンしている個別のアートギャラリーがあります。

ラカンシュストーブ、花崗岩のカウンタートップを備えた最高級のオーダーメイドキッチン、ジーンチャイナ（フランスの有名なブランド）、アンティークオークなどスレートの床、むき出しの木製の梁、特注の木製図書館、トラバーチン仕上げの豪華なバスルーム、アンティークのチーク材の床、タンブル大理石タイル、ホルスの蛇口付き。

すべてのベッドルームは静かで、中庭に面しています。

アパートは西に面しており、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、テラス（最大12人まで収容可能）は、午後から日没まで（夏の午後10時頃に発生します！）

We were able to get into the apt in the morning to drop our luggage even though another family left that day. The apt is quintessential Paris…very charming. The terrace is large enough for 6 of us to have wine in the evening and watch the sun set and the lights on the Eiffel Tower. The manager was easy to reach with questions and responsive. Very close to cafes and a grocery and a wonderful patisserie that also had sandwiches and quiches. The manager came daily to straighten up for us while we were out. Great apartment for the 6 of us. We would stay again!!

Initially I thought this place was expensive. I was wrong. It’s worth every penny and then some. The host is very available. Check-in was a breeze. The location is unbeatable (everything you need is close by). The living area is exquisite. Usually in VRBO or Airbnbs, the furnishings are not so great. In this place, it’s so beautiful and comfortable and so clean. The bedrooms (comfortable bedding) are nice and all have their own bathroom. The kitchens (there are two) have great appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans…I mention this because we had breakfast in the apartment every day…and one evening we prepared a dinner for all 7 of us (this was a family trip to celebrate a 70th birthday). The dishwashers are easy to use. As are the washer and dryer, which we used fairly often. But the thing we loved the most was the balcony. It’s where we met for breakfast and hung out to discuss the plans for the day. At night before bed, it was a place for the seven of us enjoy cognac and talk about our day. The view was amazing. I could on and on, but suffice to say this place is incredible. Of note, there are a lot of stairs, which was not an issue for us but I wanted to mention it. If you’re heading to Paris, you should strongly consider this property. It’s just great.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

We were a group of nine adults and had an amazing stay here. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and charming. The property easily accommodated all of us, was absolutely lovely, impeccably clean and maintained. We had one question on the heat, which was quickly addressed. Highly recommend this spot!

Lovely Property

We enjoyed our stay - perfect location. Nice to have a larger space to relax after a day in Paris. We also did a cooking class in the beautiful kitchen and sitting on the patio with the beautiful view - especially in the evening to see the Eiffel Tower. We will definitely stay again on our return to Paris.

Great Paris flat!

Two families with 5 total children ranging 12-18. It was a perfect location and space for us. Choy was excellent and communication with Ludovic was ideal. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful & spacious

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were 8 women traveling for a 50th and the space was perfect. The common areas could fit all of us comfortably and it was even decorated for Christmas was so charming. Location can't be beat. We walked everywhere, so many restaurants close by and the property manager is right across the street should you need anything. Would definitely recommend to able bodies (a LOT of stairs).

Spectacular apartment

We spent a week at this beautiful apartment near Saint Sulpice. It was absolutely spectacular, light-filled, and comfortable. With eight of us, we used two apartments so we had two kitchens, both beautifully updated (we really only used one) with all the cooking equipment one could need. The location was handy, the terrace such fun, and the host was superb. Wish we could have stayed a month!

Beautiful apartment. Ideal for a large family or group.

The apartment was very lovely. The neighborhood was near a lot of beautiful sights, shopping, restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment. One caveat-there are many stairs to get up to the apartment so anyone disabled or very unfit would find it difficult to navigate.

Perfect space for 8 women in Paris...

The apartment is fabulous! Plenty of space, spread out over different levels, providing privacy and large spaces to gather as a group. Lovely details and finishes. Great location! The owner is extremely responsive and kind. Great trip to Paris!

Sightseeing in Paris with Friends

The apartments were great for our group of 10. We enjoyed the terrace and the view was amazing with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The location is great with walking distance to many shops and cafes and also the Metro. It does have many steps to get to the top level.

Amazing Property

We had three couples who rented this apartment. It was perfect ... great location, three floors so we each had good privacy, beautifully furnished apartment, daily light cleaning. The owner and cleaning staff were in regular communication with us to ensure we had a good stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and will stay again in the future!

The perfect girl’s trip

This was the perfect property for six girlfriends celebrating milestone birthdays! The owner was responsive from the beginning, the apartment is gorgeous, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and we absolutely loved the neighborhood. Many great shops, cafes and more and walking distance to everything you could want in Paris. We wrapped up our busy days with wine on the rooftop looking at the Eiffel Tower.We would definitely stay here again!

We are a Franco-American family based in London, and spending time in Paris and Provence. Ludovic (French) met Olivia (American) during his graduate studies in NYC.
Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
We have been fortunate to have met wonderful people through VRBO in the last decade. An appreciation of a certain taste and lifestyle is usually something we have in common with the guests who pick our homes.
Paris and Provence are two places where our family is deeply rooted. We have put a lot of heart into making these homes welcoming and comfortable and we hope that we’ll have the chance to host you !
