The house was great. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing the arcade games. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa was easy to find and very close to a Walmart and other shops/food places which was good. Villa itself was good size, pool area is nice. 3 good size bedrooms and plenty of towels provided. Owners allowed us to check out later which was great at flight was late at night. Only issue we had was with ants which we have fed back to owners so hopefully some cleaning supplies can be put in the villa for future guests.

We had a great stay at this lovely villa at Southern Dunes. We found the villa very clean with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The highlight for us was the outside entertaining space, very comfortable seating area with the bonus of a ceiling fan and a fire pit within the table. Great also not to need a key, code opens door. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to stay again. Thank you for a great holiday.

Our trip was wonderful! This home is very clean and comfortable. It's well stocked with everything you will need for a great trip. We really enjoyed the fire pit table and the pool. The owners are wonderful and very quick to answer any questions. We hope to stay here again soon..

Family vacation

Great location. Perfect for our family. Very nice pool. Clean. It worked out as our home base for Universal, Disney, Clearwater Beach, Circle B Bar Reserve, etc. Would stay again if ever back to the area. Kitchen had what was needed to make meals when not out. Nice to spend time there when not adventuring. Kids loved it. Check in was easy.

Super clean

This property was very clean and welcoming, the heated pool was fantastic. This house has plenty of comfortable space. My son came to visit with his family ( he lives in FL) the kids lay down on a nice thick rug watching movies from a nice video library. They also loved the garage, it was well equipped with games, foosball, darts, and even a Pac-Man arcade machine. A plus side of this property is that is located close to Malmart, dollar tree, and a supermarket and popular attractions. I definitely recommend this property. The owner and the assistant manager are very polite and quick to respond.

Really lovely villa to stay in. Quiet location in a gated community. Plenty of space within the villa. Well equipt kitchen for cooking. Plenty of towels provided and also pool towels provided which is very handy. Nearby food shops and other amenities. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Florida and would recommend to family and friends.

Our family had an amazing time. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. House was very spacious, clean, and equipped. The game room and pool kept four boys happy and entertained. 10/10 would recommend and would happily stay again.
