The house is exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and the location makes for easy access to San Antonio. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors.

This place was perfectly placed—tucked into San Antonio in a way that felt both convenient and indulgent. Just minutes from H-E-B, right by the river, and close enough to downtown and the River Walk to feel the city’s pulse without the chaos. The open living area and kitchen invite you to linger, spread out, and actually enjoy the space. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was more than enough room to relax comfortably, and everything was beautifully updated—fresh, polished, and effortlessly inviting.

Great new renovation

This property has been beautifully renovated and is pristine, very roomy, great for a large group! The neighborhood is not totally desirable, but it is close to the cool King William area with lots lots of of restaurants and shops. Less than ideal communication with the host, I had to ask multiple times for checking information and never received any checkout instructions at all. Definitely a nice place to stay for a large group though.
