The house is exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and the location makes for easy access to San Antonio. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors.

This place was perfectly placed—tucked into San Antonio in a way that felt both convenient and indulgent. Just minutes from H-E-B, right by the river, and close enough to downtown and the River Walk to feel the city’s pulse without the chaos. The open living area and kitchen invite you to linger, spread out, and actually enjoy the space. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was more than enough room to relax comfortably, and everything was beautifully updated—fresh, polished, and effortlessly inviting.

There were ants everywhere!! We had to throw food away! The grill wasn't cleaned, there weren't any dish towels, or hot pads supplied. There weren't any dressers to put your clothes in, or anything to put your luggage on.

Great new renovation

This property has been beautifully renovated and is pristine, very roomy, great for a large group! The neighborhood is not totally desirable, but it is close to the cool King William area with lots lots of of restaurants and shops. Less than ideal communication with the host, I had to ask multiple times for checking information and never received any checkout instructions at all. Definitely a nice place to stay for a large group though.

The property is nice in appearance, but sits in a fairly run down neighborhood. The property was clean when we arrived and it is quite spacious. The driveway is large but it is gravel; it rained a ton on our visit and created a bit of a muddy mess of the driveway. The entry doors on the home are not quite fitted properly so you must lock the deadbolts to keep the doors from swinging open. Also, the toilet bowl lids did not quite fit properly and would not stay up unless you lift the lid on the tank and slid it back; not a huge deal but it was kind of annoying. The house was decently furnished and all the appliances were clean and functional. Overall the property is a decent and spacious place to stay for a few days. This place is located fairly close to the downtown San Antonio riverwalk area, so that is a huge plus. I would stay here agai

The unit was very spacious, clean and located perfectly for getting where we needed to go. There was a small problem, and the maintenance person was out the same day to fix it. Communication with Tania was easy and she responded very quickly. I would make one suggestion, more and better pots and pans for the kitchen.
