Whether you are looking for some rest and relaxation, a home-base for the beach or water activities, or a place that comfortably allows you to bring your pets, you are sure to find your desired experience at Paws at the Beach. This gated community in the heart of the historic district provides access to the town of Cape Charles, public beach, private community beach, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, central park, and Bay Creek private pool.

As you walk into the front door, you find an open foyer that provides access to the first level master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, the first level kids bedroom and adjacent bathroom along with the laundry room and access to both garage doors. Sliding glass doors open to the bottom level deck with table and chairs, large hot tub, and backyard access.

As you walk up the stairs to the second floor, you find an open-concept main floor that easily connects the living room, dining area and beautifully updated kitchen. The large sliding glass doors bring in lots of natural sunlight until you turn your attention to the new leather couches, ottoman, and massage chair. The dining table easily sits 8 individuals while providing adjacent seating for 4 more people at the kitchen countertop. The updated and well-stocked kitchen provides all of the plates, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances that you may need including a dishwasher, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, keurig and drip coffee machines, vitamix blender, crock pot, and more. The main floor also includes a 75" Smart TV that is equipped with the Roku platform for watching your favorite shows and movies through the YouTube TV subscription or by logging into any of your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video or Disney +. This floor also includes two king-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. Out the sliding glass doors you will find a large deck with a covered eating area with three large lounge chairs and cushions for enjoying the sun. This space also comes with a four-burner propane grill.

The third floor features a game room with a wet bar, a Golden Tee Arcade game, and plenty of board games and puzzles to continue your fun into the evening. This floor also has outdoor access with a smaller deck and adirondak chairs. However, the highlight of this room occurs when you open the windows to enjoy the cross breeze from the Kings Creek waterway out to the Chesapeake Bay where you can also experience the legendary sunsets without having to get sandy!

The two garages store a large assortment of beach and outdoor activities including beach toys, beach chairs, kayak, paddle board, skim board, bocce ball, washer toss, 4 pickle ball paddles and balls, four adult sized beach cruiser bicycles and one children's size beach cruiser bicycle.

One of the goals for Paws at the Beah is to create the most pet friendly experience for you and your family. You can bring more pets than most houses and utilize the large crate that we have onsite should that be necessary. Pet food and water bowls are provided along with walking leashes and longer leashes attached to the base of deck in the back yard.
