Charming 3-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in wonderful Bessemer

The keys weren't in the lockbox, that is true. The previous guests took the keys with them. You contacted me at 1am, most people are sleeping at that time. Once your message was viewed a few hours later, the manager promptly opened the apt for you. As for your hot water claim, that is not true. Our plumber shut the water off for 30mins to repair a fitting. When this took place, you weren't even in the apt. You returned to the apt for the last 10 mins of his repair, so for 10 mins of your stay there was no water. Not 24hrs. FYI, I have security cameras on this venue. These are in place to provide evidence for the lies that bad guests like to dream up. Sorry, but this isn't my first rodeo :) As for the cabinet, it's brand new. I take videos of the entire apt before each stay, these videos prove that this cabinet was undamaged before your arrival. I also have the proof that you never contacted me about anything, despite the multiple messages I sent you(besides the key situation). Furthermore, you failed to mention anything about the two front doors you left open on the day of your arrival, resulting in one of them being ripped off the house. Also, you left heaps of garbage everywhere inside and outside of the apt. Most of what was outside was in paper bags stacked in a snow bank, which inevitably was blowing around the neighborhood. Lastly, I received multiple complaints from guests in the lower apt about continuous excessive noise from 11pm through 4am. Which resulted in them leaving apt to go stay somewhere else. I would consider yourself lucky I didn't charge you for the revenue I lost because of your actions. If you cant respect the home your staying in or the guests around you, then dont travel. I promise you nobody in the rental community ever wants to encounter a guest like that. You should be ashamed of yourself.
