The Space:

Welcome to Villa Sophia, an exquisite getaway in Tamarind Hill Estates, Sint Maarten that perfectly blends indoor and outdoor living in the traditional St. Maarten style. Perched on a serene hillside, this stunning and truly one-of-a-kind villa features four spacious bedrooms and four and a half well-appointed bathrooms, offering breathtaking ocean views, a whole-house generator, parking for 4-6 cars, and sophisticated comfort for up to eight guests. The expansive layout includes two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for large groups or families who appreciate the convenience of extra cooking space.



The massive outdoor living room is integrated into the pool deck and expansive terrace, creating a haven for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating and a tropical ambiance that captures the essence of the island’s gentle breezes as well as the expansive views of St. Barths and the surrounding islands to the south. The main pool deck level is designed in the traditional pod style that St. Maarten is known for.



The living and dining areas are located on the pool deck. The main deck kitchen pod and indoor living room pod also feature sliding glass doors, large windows, and incredible views. Each of the three main-level bedroom pods is accessible from the pool deck and features plush bedding, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, and smart TVs for added convenience. Slide open the glass doors to mix indoor and outdoor living at its finest.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, the outdoor living room, and the private pool area. You will also enjoy gated access to Tamarind Hill Estates, providing privacy and security throughout your stay. Private parking is available for up to two vehicles.
