This stunning luxurious property with a large private pool has the most incredible views looking out onto Baie Rouge Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in St Martin. This beachfront property is truly unique and quite exceptional. Boasting spacious interiors and comfortable furnishings it is an ideal location to sit back, relax, and soak up the Caribbean sun with your loved ones.
The interior of the home is approximately 7,500 square feet. Meaning that there is a lot of space for all your guests and allowing each member of your party, private space if they wish. The villa also boasts lovely communal spaces making it an ideal place for hosting dinner or just enjoying an evening with your friends and family. You will be able to enjoy the spectacular views of the pristine white sandy beach and azure blue sea from the sitting room, enormous terrace, and many of the bedrooms.
