House rules:
- No Gatherings or Events: Hosting parties or events is strictly forbidden unless prior approval is granted. Breaching this rule may result in a fine of $1,000.

- No Indoor Smoking: Smoking or using marijuana in indoor areas is not allowed and may lead to cancellation of your stay without a refund.

- Pet Policy: Small pets under 30 lbs are permitted with prior approval. Failure to comply will incur a fine that is double the cleaning fee.

- Unauthorized Guests: A fee of $50 per person will be charged for any unauthorized overnight guests. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation if deemed necessary.

- Trash Disposal & Cleaning: Please dispose of trash in the designated black garbage bins. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will apply for excessively messy conditions.

- Property Maintenance: Eating or drinking on beds is discouraged. Significant stains may lead to a $50 cleaning fee.

- Keys: A replacement fee of $75 will be charged for lost keys.

- Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $25 for every 30 minutes past checkout time. If you check out after 1 PM, you may be charged for an additional day's rate.

- Extended Stays: For stays exceeding 7 days, a mid-stay cleaning fee of $175 per week will be applied.

- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Package Deliveries: We advise against ordering packages during your stay as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed deliveries.

- Report Issues Promptly: Please report any disturbances to the host immediately. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of your reservation.
