Emerald Isle's beautifully renovated pool and deck are now officially open! Guests can now enjoy the refreshed outdoor space featuring an updated pool area and patio, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Home away from home Emerald Isle 203 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This charming 2nd floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach.

203 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and 2 bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). No Smoking. Saturday Arrivals in peaks seasons. One parking space.

Easy 40 step walk to the beach and great sunset views! Beds comfy! TV had apps you could log into. Great parking, elevator access and trash chute for easy trash disposal. The dryer was great for drying beach towels, as we were not allowed to dry them outside on railings. Loved the beach supplies- the beach rolls with round head cushions, wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie board were great. Something that should be added for supplies at a beachside condo are a set of 4-6 beach towels for guests. It would also be a nice touch to wash the shower towels in fabric softener, as the current ones were harsh on sunburned skin or buy higher quality towels. Small bottles of liquid hand soap at all bathroom sinks and dish soap should be provided at the kitchen sink. A roll of paper towels should also be provided or a container of cleaning wipes, it would only help to keep the condo clean during a guests stay. Whenever we have rented in the past, these have all been provided as standard supplies with the rental property. I appreciated the communication about the pool being closed. Cabanas were available for rent out front for 40 a day. The pool shower outside was great for rinsing off beach sand before heading upstairs to the condo. The patio chairs were old and tired-- should be updated. There was only one palapa table of shade on the pool deck-- there should be more shaded areas. It looked like landscaping was still in the process of being restored from the hurricanes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very nice and clean with a great view! Close to several restaurants. Will stay here again.

Modern, comfortable and spacious apartment

Fantastic apartment, well presented and very comfortable with modern interior. All the family felt at home immediately. And the views onto the Gulf were spectacular!

The perfect beach vacation!

Just loved this condo! The location was amazing! Loved waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony. I have so many sunset pictures. We frequently vacation in Florida and this place was the best yet.

Amazing location and condo

Emerald Isle is wonderful! This is our second time staying there! This specific unit was wondering. Loved the decor and vibe. Having a washer and dryer was great too:) Will definitely book again:)

Great time !

The condo was spotless on arrival. The view from the balcony of the beach was the best part for us. The sunsets every night were spectacular. We loved the area very much, There are so many restaurants and stores. Our favorite place was John’s Pass. Lots of fun!

Great Beach Getaway

Perfect sized condo for family of 6. Clean and well equipped. Loved the easy access to the beach. Liked the DUNKIN across the street. Quiet area. Spacious rooms and wonderful balcony. Would stay here again.

Amazing and Perfectly located

Y’all, this place is absolute perfection! The view is spectacular, the place is beautiful, and the host and process was seamless! This was a perfect vacation for my family! literally steps from the beach, it’s a small complex of condos which allows the experience to more personal and not Over crowded. The condo had everything! The big green inter tube in the hall way closet was a hit with my boys (10&13) and they also had beach toys for my 2 year old! We definitely plan to make this our yearly vacation, maybe even more than yearly! Thank you for opening Your beautiful condo for our family to make memories and many more to come!

Fabulous beach!

Lovely condo. Nicely laid out. Downside is the carpet in bedrooms was dirty. There was a musty smell in the rooms, probably from the carpets. I bought room deodorizers to try and get the musty smell out. It helped some. Other than that, the kitchen was greatly stocked and the furnishings were lovely! We loved our view, the spacious deck and the sound of the ocean.

Can do better

The was mold on floors in closet and in shower. Smelled musty. Elevator broke 3 different times in 2 days and the property management said the had.no clue

Dear Deb, Thank you for letting us know. I wish we had know sooner so that we could have had an opportunity to rectify any issues and make your stay better. We do have staff on hand 7 days a week. The property manager never did notify the rental managers of any issues with the elevator...I will continue to look into this. We wish you all the best.

Almost Perfect!

Everything was really great about this property. My daughter recently had knee surgery so we were looking for something very close to the water and this was it! The condo was great and very clean. The only drawback was the keys! Not sure I understand why there isn’t at least a keypad at the pool and beach. Having to keep up with keys (that sometimes didn’t work!) was really frustrating and truly, a little odd for 2022! The condo and location made it worth it but we definitely recommend updating the access!

Great location!

Overall this is a nice place to stay. Great location, beautiful views of beach but it could use some updates. The TV in the master bedroom did not work there was no TV in the other bedrooms. The main living room TV did not have access to your Netflix and things like that. The beds were extremely hard. We asked for toppers but they really only sent mattress pads. It definitely could use a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust buildup and the door going out on the patio from the main bedroom was rusted and you could not get it to the really close. You could hear a lot of annoying noise from people going to and from the pool area which was right below.
