Perfect location close to everything . Host was wonderful and easy to work with. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here, the house has everything you would need for your stay. Excellent Wi-Fi service throughout the house. Close to the airport and only an hour away from Fayetteville for you football fans!

The home was clean and perfect for our stay. The location was right in the middle of everything we needed for a weekend wedding! The only downfall was the A/C was broken on a hot weekend. The host was responsive and fans were stopped off within hours to help cool us off. We were out of the home much of the day so the heat did not affect us as much! Would stay there again!

The neighborhood is actually in the city of Bentonville, only minutes from all the attractions and the business districts that make Bentonville so popular.

The neighborhood has a modern feel to it with a large pond in the subdivision that attracts ducks and geese. When you drive into the subdivision you’ll notice its charm and unique style that caught our eye.

What makes this property unique

The property is in a new subdivision with very modern looking homes. These homes have bright colors and sharp lines that make them all unique.

The neighborhood is family oriented with many walking the trails and monopoly named streets in the evening when it’s warm.

You’ll find it is quite and relaxing and great place to unwind. We love it here and hope you will too.
