El Haley Retreat Apartment está a solo media milla de la mundialmente famosa ruta de ciclismo y senderismo Blowing Springs, que conecta y se extiende 35 millas a Fayetteville, conocida como la "vuelta 40". The house was perfect in every way! Nice to park in a garage, super comfy furniture, super clean, perfect size for a couple, great location… woods view, close to outdoor recreation and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The host was super helpful and accommodating. Only problem I had was I didn’t know how to unlock the door. I kept putting in the code but didn’t realize you had to turn the bolt. I would absolutely stay here again.

Trail riders location

Property is nestled in Back 40, Blowing Springs, Lake Bella Vista MTB clusters, with the Razorback Greenway just at the bottom of the hill. All accessible via bike within minutes. I will look to this property for future trips.

Bella Vista trip

Great place, clean, nice garage, kitchen was well stocked Sulphur water smell was the only downside. I was able to ride from the home to the MTB trails 3 out of 4 days which was awesome.

Beautiful Home

We could not have asked for a more perfect home! I believe it was an older home (?) but had been completely remodeled. The work done was first class which included a beautiful new kitchen & bath. The double car garage, with opener, was also very handy. We also appreciated the cable TV as we are not members of other streaming networks. The owners provided bottled water as the tap water isn't all that good. The location was serene amongst all the beautiful trees. It's perfect for 2 people!! It's out a little ways from town, but wasn't bad at all. If we were to go to that area again, we would definitely stay in this home. The owners were friendly and provided everything we could possibly need. It will not disappoint!!

A very homey feel for a small price

Getting into the property was very easy, and we loved the attached garage for loading/unloading. The well water certainly has an odor but it didn't linger. We received a refill of bottled water on day 2, which wasn't requested but was very much appreciated. It was a warm weekend so we gave the AC a little bit of a workout, and it seemed to do just fine. The pillowtop mattress is a little hot for any sweaty sleepers out there, but we were comfortable the second night with the ceiling fan on high. Overall, we very much enjoyed our short stay at Haley Retreat and would recommend Frank and Betty to everyone!

Long term stay

The owners were great and very helpful. House was perfect for two people. Had a few cliches with the internet but that was not the fault of the owners. We were there for two months+ waiting for a new home to be finished. Garage was a real plus for us.

Nice little guest house

Nice little guest house. Had everything necessary for our stay. Hot water has a strong sulfer smell but i guess that it fairly common to the area.

Biking trip

Super clean, very nice, well stocked kitchen, good hot high pressure shower And maybe one block from the bike trail that took us to slaughter pen which is about a three mile ride. I would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, Clean, and Complete

We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful property

Property has easy access to the Razorback greenway via mountain bike trails. Right inbetween Bellavista and Bentonville. Well water onsite could turn some people off, but there was bottled water available, and there are groceries nearby to stock up. Had very nice conversations with the property owners.

Peaceful stay

Our host were a tentative. Property is exceptionally maintained. Location was perfect! Accessible to Crystal Bridges and other sites. Close to city without being in the city. We will stay again. Thank you Frank and Betty!

Perfect for our family

The house was exactly as described and everything was well prepared for us. Before our arrival, we communicated with the owners about the futon bed for our daughters and they were very accommodating. Our two-night stay was perfect.

Frank is a contractor. Betty is a retired nurse. They love living in a country atmosphere close to all city amenities. They love dogs and have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Betty is also a retired florist and enjoys planting flowers and shrubs. The yard is beautiful and looks like a park. It does have a deck with lawn chairs for viewing birds.

This home offers a 1 bedroom with king size mattress, new couch with queen size pull out bed. It sleeps 4 comfortably. It has a double car garage perfect for vehicles as well as mountain bike parking and fixing. It is close to the many biking trails. The adjoining yard has has plenty of room for a toy hauler or trailer used by many mountain bikers. It is 6 miles from downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art.

Country living nestled among oak trees, a quiet and pleasant setting only about six miles to the hustling hip Bentonville square and Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art as well as on the start of Back 40 mountain bike trails. Close to Slaughter Pen trail. It has an oversize 1 car garage available perfect for fixing and storing mountain bikes and or vehicles. There is plenty of outside parking area for parking a utility trailer or toy hauler. A complete kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishes, coffee pot, coffee grinder along with coffee for our guests pleasure. It is stocked with all linens, towels, kitchen towels, toaster, blender, mixer, silverware, knives and bath soap. It has a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent (All brand) and dryer sheets. Wi-Fi available, 2 TV's , DVD player, extra sink in bedroom, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It also offers new gray toned wood look tile floors. This home is on well water . We also provide bottled water for our guests.
