This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. One bedroom is set up with two full beds.

This house is located in the highly desirable Coral Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, where everything is at your fingertips! You can find everything that you will need just a short trip from the house, yet still be located in a very residential, peaceful neighborhood. Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The arcade games were a hit and a pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and private. Great stay!

Awful , Pool of blood on my pillow.

I I want to star with the worst. I was making the bed when I realized that I slept on a pillow that had a pool of dried blood. I immediately took a picture and texted it to the property manager. The property manager texted me back saying that accidents like that happen, that the housekeeper did see the pillow with blood but forgot to remove the pillow. I informed her that I did not feel safe with my kids in this property that was so unsinitized and I wanted to go to another house and or get money back so I can find a clean hotel; She refused and only offered a new pillow. The property managers disposition was condescending and rude. We had to suck it up and stay in this house since we paid for 10 days. My vacation was ruined. I did not trust anything was cleaned properly in the house. on day one after walking through the home the soles of my feet were black from the amount of dirt on the floors. I had to clean the house myself wash linens towels comforters and clean floors and dishes. At that point I did not trust anybody but myself doing this work since their cleaning crew was so inept at it. When we arrived to the house there were no cups and hardly dishes on the shelves; later on we found them in the dishwasher unwashed. The kitchen and house are outdated, the cook top had no instructions and we could not figured out how to turn it on.There were no bath towels in any bathroom. There was a linen closet with an asortment old colored towels . There were no washcloths in the bathrooms either. No hooks or racks to place a towel on once you got it into the bathroom.The house advertisement was deceptive as it gives the impression of being in the middle of a street block which it is not as it sits on a corner lot. The back yard Is backing up to a main yellow line road where trucks and cars pass constantly at high speed…making a lot of noise, so the pool is not a good and relaxing experience. The AC was the loudest I have ever heard in my life. The sound emitting from it was so distruptive that every time it kicked on it would wake everyone up. As an alternative to the AC you had ceiling fans however the ceiling fans would make so much noise as they rattled around and the gust of air produced from them made the vertical outdated blinds hovering over the patio doors start swaying back and forth causing them to clank into each, They pictures indicate a bright living room with beige floor not true as they gray/black

Lush shady house, pool and garden

The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful kitchen. So convenient to have three major bedrooms with their own bathrooms. House is in a beautiful neighborhood, centrally located. Favorite feature was totally enclosed garden and pool with comfortable shaded seating perfect for entertaining friends.

Will not be returning as property manager accused me of defacing th property,

I was planning to give a rating oh 4.5, enjoyed the location , the house and the pool. I was willing to overlook the old bedding a old furniture by the pool. Called the property manager to inquired about returning but she told me and i had defaced the house and might charge extra as my 4 year grandson had used chalked on the cement??? Will not be returning if there is no sense of hospitality.

Room for everyone

No problems at any time. 10 blocks from beach and 5 from mall. Pool and tiki made it special. They even have 2 pet iguanas!

Twins 40th Birthday

My twin sister and I were celebrating our 40th with a few friends. The location great, close to everything we needed. The house had all the amenities we wanted as well. We were able to make brunch in the mornings then hit the pool. We also grilled and chilled out by the pool. The guest bathrooms were really nice. Only issue was the air in the far back bedroom didn't see to cool the space. And the pool had alot of bugs, but that was probably just a filter issue. Other than that we had an awesome time. We would stay again if traveling to Fort Lauderdale.

Ample room!

The house is much larger than it appears in the photos. My friends and I had ample room to maintain privacy. The outside area is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The location is quite residential and away from the popular beach areas and Wilton Manors but ubers were readily available. It would be nice to have better beach chairs and a cooler.

Nice house but needs some changes

Nice house and neighborhood but has many issues: The house was not clean at all. Floors had coffee stains. Stains on all the sheets. Not sanitized for Covid. Glassware/silverware were dirty, had to rewatch everything. Three out of the for bedrooms had glass doors which you were not able to sleep in. Were able to hear everything from the kitchen and family room.

Relaxing family break

The place is really nice and located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Fort Lauderdale. The nearest beach is approximately. 5min away. It is less than 30min drive to Hollywood beach which has a nice boardwalk. The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and tiki hut made the stay perfect. I can definitely recommend the place!

Private Oasis

The house was perfect for four couples. It is beautifully appointed and the perfect amount of space. The backyard is even better than the pictures. It is very private and has plenty of space to lay around the pool, and the tiki hut lounge area is beautiful. Easy few min ride to las olas and the beach. A great experience all around.

Accommodating host

Very accommodating host. Our trip was very last minute and they did a great job to make sure that we were set up ready to go on very short notice. Would absolutely rent again. Beautiful place.

Everything that is needed for an awesome family vacation

This house was beautiful and the perfect place for us to vacation with our daughter. Andy and Elizabeth were extremely helpful and even had a high chair and pack n play available for our time there. It was very clean on arrival, had all necessities and more to cook, plus a washer and dryer. The pool is gorgeous and was so nice to have all to ourselves! The beach and restaurants were a short drive away, as well as pretty much anything else that would be needed. Can't say enough good things about this gorgeous house!

Excellent, clean property!

Our party of 6 had a great time at the Tiki Hut House! We were supposed to go to a resort in the Keys that was closed due to the hurricanes. So we scrambled to find a place to use near Miami and came across this house. Very comfortable for 6. We grilled out every night and enjoyed the pool during the day. Tennis is close as is the beach which is a 5 minute drive. Owner and property manager were very responsive. Nice neighborhood with no safety or privacy concerns. Tastefully finished. You’ll like it!!

Clean and peaceful

Gorgeous, Well-Maintained, Perfect location

We had 8 girls stay in this beautiful home for our annual girls getwaway. Andrew & Elisabeth were there to answer all of our questions and accommodate our arrival and departure times. The house had everything we could possibly need, even down to the small items like bug spray. We were super impressed with all the beautiful decor and the layout of the house. Everyone had their own space and we never felt on top of one another. The pool is amazing and the tiki hut was just incredible and came in handy one day when it rained we were still able to enjoy being outside. The clean up steps for departure are simple and easy to follow for the deposit refund! Thank you Andrew & Elisabeth for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful!

I would absolutely stay here again! The property was very clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The property manager and owner were responsive, friendly and easy to rent from. I cannot wait to come back! :)

Beautiful home , great location!!

Great house for a long or mini vacation ! Just a couple of mins away from the beach and Las Olas , Loved staying here , Andy and Elisabeth really made sure to accommodate our requests! My family and I choose a weekend out of the year to stay in ft Lauderdale, and would definitely love to stay here again !
