Just got back from plaza verde and we absolutely loved it there lovely area lovely apartment with everything you need inside, sea view and plenty of swimming pools around the resort, outside the resort there’s plenty of restaurants to eat and drink at , lovely walks down the sea front, can’t really ask for , suzanha was a great host always there at the end of a text can’t wait to get back there

The property itself is clean and well equipped with a lovely view of the sea. The pull down bed in the living space is very handy and a great space saving idea. The resort itself was rather tired in places with a lot of renovation work going on at the time of our stay. It’s also worth noting that a large hotel development is also being built behind Verde15. We were unlucky with the weather and had very little sun but I can imagine without air conditioning it could be quite sticky and uncomfortable in the apartment at night. All in all we enjoyed our stay. It had all that we needed. Suzanne is an excellent host and her communication was second to none. Thank you

Thank you for your review. Verde plaza has now been fully refurbished as has a few others. There are still some works ongoing due to new ownership of the resort since March this year and in the next few months the resort will be in pristine condition throughout. Great stay, great apartment, great location. Wonderful host, our flight was cancelled we were offered the night in the apartment instead of the airport seat. Great host and thankyou again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Had a great 10 days at Verde 15, lovely apartment, well equipped and beautifully clean. Loads of storage & hangers, extra towels & beach towels provided- you just need to wash & dry for next guest-the washing machine is an absolute bonus. Suntrap balcony with comfy loungers and a lovely sea view. Very nice walk round the coast to bars & restaurants. Communication and instructions from Suzanne were great.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and well equipt for holidays or longer stays. The apartment borders the training pool, with kids pool and playground and lagoon close by. Complex has tennis courts that can be hired for 10 per hour. The complex has a shop. Thoroughly enjoyed the week here. Look forward to returning.

First and foremost, communication from the host, Suzanne was first class. The apartment is a real home from home and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the apartment is, in our opinion, lovely. A few bits of the apartment are looking a little tired but that's to be expected and didn't spoil out holiday. The apartment is excellent value for money and we would definitely book again if returning to Costa Teguise.

Great holiday

We really enjoyed the stay here, the apartment was fully equipped. Easy check in process and Suzanne was always available for any doubts and our requests. Lots of beautiful swimming pool's and next to the beach and city centre. Sands beach resort has everything you need, super comfortable, we highly recommended it.

Wonderful apartment

We spent a really lovely 10 days here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as the pictures and very well equipped. Our whole experience was very positive and we ( my husband and I) can highly recommend it.
