PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - include one propane refill as needed (if you refill it by self, send us the receipt we will refund you).

Our home is very well located in Windsor Cay Resort with short distance to the clubhouse (UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Please check with us if it is available.), where you will find fitness center, business center, playground, waterslides, lazy river, mini golf, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a many popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court.

The living room is open and spacious with a 6 seats sofa and 2 armchairs to relax and enjoy smart TV.

Dining table seats 7 and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.


The Avengers game room includes the following amenities: a Foosball table; an Air Hockey table; two TVs equipped with gaming consoles; one additional Smart TV; and a 4-seat table.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI 200MB.
