1st bathroom: Shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen located adjacent to the living space. It features multiple modern appliances including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find an island with 6 seats to enjoy your meals with your loved ones.

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax after a long day of shopping, with its comfortable sofa bed. For your entertainment, the TV is available to watch your favorite shows or read your favorite book next to the cozy fireplace. There’s central heating to help keep you comfortable in the winter months.

Our property is near Murdoch Park. Murdoch Park is situated nearby to Dominion YYC (Tower A), and close to Bridgeland Community Centre Playground.

You`ll just be:

· 5 Minute walk to organic grocery stores
· 8 Minute drive to C-Train station
· 6 Minute drive to Calgary Zoo
· 19 Minute drive from Airport

The C-Train is 2.1 kilometers away. There is also a bus station guests can access the rest of the city with. We recommend renting a car to enjoy the rest of the city. :)

- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’5”.

- We may require you to pick up the building keyfob at a nearby location if you are arriving after 8 PM. Intercom access to the building stops working at 8 PM.

- Please be mindful of your noise levels to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.

- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

- We have a security camera outside the front door. This will be on during your stay.

- Please note: There is nearby construction happening across the back alley, which may be visible through the windows. While it won’t impact your stay, there may be occasional noise during the day.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

The suite was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Kitchen is well outfitted and the layout worked well for us travelling with two kids who needed their own space. I will say - heed the height restrictions of the parkade! We rolled up with our F150 and had 2.36” clearance. We did fit though! (Also - street parking available). Overall thanks for the great stay!
