Welcome to The Oak Lodge, a custom built luxury tiny house retreat on +10 private acres in East Tennessee. Built in 2025 and thoughtfully positioned between Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains, this peaceful escape is designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Enjoy a king bed, full kitchen, rainfall shower, and your own private outdoor hot tub, perfect for evenings under the stars. Secluded, cozy, and intentionally designed as a true getaway.
The Oak Lodge was created as a purposeful retreat, designed to offer a distinct and memorable experience that encourages connection to nature, to your surroundings, and to the people you’re traveling with. Tucked in the rolling hills of Tennessee and surrounded by woods and open land, you'll have room to roam, unwind, and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape, solo travelers needing a reset, or anyone looking to step away from the pace of everyday life.

• If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Deer, turkey, eagles, coyote, and even bears can frequent the property. Please keep a safe distance away from wildlife to protect their habitat. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times.
• Please note that The Oak Lodge is not specifically designed for children. If you are staying with children, please be mindful of the following hazards:
- Unfenced yard with direct access to acres of woods and native animals (bears, coyote, snakes, etc.)
- Furniture and appliances that are not mounted to the wall and may tip over (dressers and mirrors).
- Outlets without covers.
By booking a stay, you accept full responsibility and liability for all children present and agree to ensure they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Once a reservation is made, we require the guest to sign a rental agreement before access to the property is granted.
