Great old school Park City house

Very nice location near the top of Main Street that gives quick access to restaurants, bars & stores. Its also on the route for the trolley that runs on Main Street

Wonderful Weekend

The perfect location in Park City. Awesome house that has everything you’ll need for a great time. A 5 minute walk down the street to all of the main attractions Park City has to offer. Park City is sweet! Oh and great hosts on top of it all.

Best place in town!

Location, location, location! Easy to find, plenty of parking, right at the top of town. Check-in was a breeze. As we opened the door, we were extremely delighted, it felt just like home. The bed was super comfy. The tub after skiing was amazing. I enjoyed sitting by the little fire reading, you could walk anywhere to get what you needed. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Charming house with great location!

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Close to shops and restaurants. You really don't need a car. Take a Lyft from the airport and you can walk or take the trolley around town. The house is very comfortable and the front porch is fun for hanging out. Communication with the owner was easy. I highly recommend.

Cozy home in Park City

Arrived at our VRBO being greeted by a Sun Sculpture on the side of the house like our old house. Felt welcome. Given a code and no entry problems. Entered the kitchen which had a fine gas stove. Bedroom on second floor with full bathroom and comfortable King bed. Sloping ceilings must be avoided , so be careful. Second sleeping area appears to be a den with pull out couch. We didn’t use it. Nice dining area and living room with comfortable seating. 3 Roku tv are nice. The owners responded quickly to one question and had an uneventful stay. Quiet area during our stay at south end of Main Street. Easy access to the whole town walking or free transportation. Would rrnt this unit again.

The Location of the property is fantastic. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Everything is well appointed and beautifully cared for. There are stairs up to the main bedroom so anyone with mobility issues should be aware. We found this place a terrific retreat, close to everything yet quiet and restorative.

We quite enjoyed the house, great location. Close to everything but still a feel of being not in the middle of all the activity. Really loved the feel of there house, it's size was perfect, just a real treat, anxious to get back.

Exceptional location and cozy home

This is an ideal location for those wanting to enjoy access to downtown Park City, the resorts up the hill, and the conveniences of Salt Lake City. A very comfortable and cozy home right on PC Main Street. Just a short walk from coffeehouses, shops, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great location walkable to all the lovely shops and dining in Park City. Comfy and clean...this spot was perfect for my family. Hosts were courteous and quick to respond. They were even accommodating when things changed last-minute and we needed to have a later check out. All around nice spot with great hosts and everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Loved this house and will rent again when back in Park City! The location is excellent…just steps away from all the shops, bars and restaurants on historic Main Street yet far enough away for a quiet, peaceful night. The outside of the house is beautiful and quaint and the inside is just as beautiful with lots of charm and amenities. As soon as we checked in, we heard from the hosts welcoming us to their home. They have provided everything of convenience to make it a wonderful stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Cable tv and wifi is provided although we didn’t watch much tv. The home has Central heat and air although the temps were perfect that we did not need it. We slept with the windows open the whole time. I would without any doubt recommend this home. If you are lucky, you will also get to meet Hadley…the neighbor’s dog from across the street. She is a sweetheart and you will see her peeking through the windows as you sit on the porch drinking coffee in the mornings.

Perfect place to stay

I LOVE this home! So adorable, close to everything. Fantastic neighborhood. And the owners are so lovely! I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, and they’ve all been wonderful, but this is hands down my favorite!

Cozy, clean, charming house right on Main Street!

We definitely enjoyed staying here and Nancy was so nice to work with! Everything was super clean, had all the kitchen accessories, and lots of fluffy towels and blankets. The black makeup washcloths were a nice touch, as was the complimentary bag of k-cups, cream, and sugar. The house is older and as such has some uneven floors which were part of the charm. Hot water came out of the taps quickly and the heater worked well. Lots of power outlets for chargers. The bed upstairs is soft and the one downstairs is firm, take your pick. Location at the top of Main Street was so perfect! We loved this house and we will be back. Thank you!

Nice House, Poor Property Management Team

The house is very cute and clean, and the location on the quiet top of main street is excellent. However the property management team was MIA. I had to contact them the day of my arrival for check in info, at which point I was told they probably sent it but weren’t sure, maybe I should have checked my spam, they would just resend it. I had also emailed them a few weeks prior to see if I could check in a day early and got no response until 2 days before my stay. Literally have never rented a house on VRBO with so much difficulty communicating with the property management team. The house was not cheap so I would expect more. Feel bad for the owners but I would not rent again , nor any property managed by Evolve

Great location

Loved the house - very cute and well decorated. Very nice to be able to walk downtown in just a few minutes. The kitchen is well stocked and we did not notice any issue with it being hot upstairs as some have said in their reviews. The bed was very comfortable. Great large TVs we used to watch the Olympics! Our dog came with us and there is a park across the street to walk him in the morning - very convenient! Had a great stay. Fyi...If you are planning to ski... We skied at Deer Valley and parking was no problem, but if you want to ski Park City, you will have a fairly long walk to town lift (about 15 minutes) or you can Uber XL (they take skis) to the base. Parking is very limited and there is no close ski shuttle that we could find. Maybe we just missed it.
