Great house ideal for three couples with three en-suite bed/bathrooms. Covered hot tub and well appointed. Easy walk to the slopes for access to the town lift and only a block down to Main Street. The only small issue was plowing the driveway upon arrival. Overall highly recommend!

This house was just right for my annual girls trip. We loved the location (just two block from Main Street), the spaciousness of the house, and the outdoor spaces (two decks, one with hot tub).

We had a terrific stay in Park City and the Woodside Tree House met all of our expectations. The Tree House provided plenty of room for our visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Hot tub and family room/kitchen areas were our favorite. Terrific location with easy access to all that Park City offers. I highly recommend for any future trips.

Excellent location and plenty of room for everyone!
Great house in Park City located very near historic Main Street. The house itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bottom level has a king bed and a queen or double (can't remember) in a second bedroom. The middle level of the house is the kitchen, living room, dining room with access to a great outdoor deck. The top room is a loft with a queen. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was nice for my teenagers. My wife and I took the main bedroom while each of the kids got their own space. They loved that! There is a hot tub outdoors on the bottom level, but we never used it. The real attraction to the house is the location - about 5 minutes walking from Main Street. Great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We found great places to walk each day for meals, did a silly Ghost Tour and then walked home. We even let the kids walk down to Main Street one night on their own to see the sights. Very safe feeling area, mostly families and tourists. Neighborhood felt safe as well. Two things to consider if you stay. First, lots of construction in the area resulted in some noisy days. Seems the whole town is building like crazy. Second, if you have elderly travelers or very small kids, the house has lots of stairs. Would stay here again!

Good Location - Serious Problems with Cleanliness and Responsiveness
We are seasoned VRBO customers and this property did not live up to the expectations as advertised. First, out of the six people in our party, five used the hot tub and ALL of those individuals contracted folliculitis, which is a bacterial skin infection caused from a poorly maintained hot tub. We advised our host of the problem, but the hot tub was never serviced during our stay. Consequently, we could not use the hot tub for the remainder of our visit. Second, there was substantial evidence that the house has a significant mouse problem. There were mouse traps located on all levels of the home. There was mouse feces on the towels under the sink in the upstairs bathroom, but primarily the droppings were concentrated in the kitchen; in the utensil drawer and extensive mounts in the cookware drawer. It was late in our trip when we realized this and it made eating in not an option. Third, the main floor bathroom stopped working mid-stay and though we put in a service request, no service was provided nor was the request even acknowledged. Prior to it breaking, that same bathroom could not be flushed at night because it would make a loud noise after flushing and would interrupt the sleep of the people on the lower level. We could go on... There are plenty of lovely places to stay in Park City and this is certainly not one of them.

Great Location - Problems with Host
We had numerous problems throughout our stay: door lock broken, no hot water in showers, fireplace malfuctioning (we had to buy batteries and disassemble so it would stop beeping), refrigerator water filter beeping, and no functioning TV's in the house. We reached out numerous times to the host and were told repeatedly that, "He was working on it. I am sending my guy." Unfortunately, we were ignored the rest of our stay, and nothing was ever resolved. The house itself is a beautiful property and is in a great location. We were just a few steps away from the heart of Main Street and never had to worry about traffic or parking. However, I could not recommend it based on the numerous problems we had throughout our stay and the fact that the host failed to address anything. Unfortunately, this made for a less relaxing vacation than anticipated.
