NUEVA CASA INDIVIDUAL Ubicada en la tranquila comunidad de Swann Keys

Casa de nueva construcción ubicada en un canal en un desarrollo orientado a la familia que conduce a Little Assawoman Bay. Traiga su bote / moto acuática / canoa / kayak; la rampa para botes está disponible para su uso. Puede atarlos justo afuera de nuestra casa en el nuevo mamparo. Te divertirás en kayak en el canal y hacia la bahía. Disfrute de la paz y la tranquilidad de relajarse en el canal, pero lo suficientemente cerca de Ocean City, Maryland, el paseo marítimo y la playa.

El primer piso tiene un baño completo, dormitorio con cama queen, dormitorio principal en suite con cama king size, lavandería, cocina comedor y sala de estar. Disfrute sentado en la gran terraza cubierta de la cocina y la sala de estar con vista al canal. El salón tiene un sofá cama queen size. El segundo piso ofrece 2 habitaciones, ambas con camas queen size y también una cama individual en cada una, un baño completo y una gran sala de reunión. También hay una terraza fuera de la sala de reunión en el segundo piso que tiene un futón de matrimonio y una cama individual. Mesa de ping pong y mesa de billar en el 2do piso. Estacionamiento fuera de la calle disponible.

Ubicado a pocos kilómetros de la playa y de Ocean City, Maryland. Traiga sus bicicletas, puede ir a la tienda de comestibles o tomar un helado.

Swann Keys es una comunidad orientada a la familia. Ofrece una piscina con parque acuático para niños, minigolf, baloncesto, voleibol, parque infantil y juego de tejo. El centro comunitario organizará eventos como bingo, ferias artesanales, etc.

Our family had a great time. The house is conveniently located to the beaches and boardwalks. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The grill and grindle on the deck allowed us to cook outside. We would come back again.

Will stay again!

Great stay! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and perfect for our stay! The house has 2 decks, main level and upper level with tables and plenty of sitting areas throughout! Great place for multi family rental! We rode bikes and enjoyed the pool and play areas!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is our second year staying here and it was as good as last year! We have enough room for our family of 12! We love having room to sit outside for our meals. The pool is nice for when we don't want to travel to the beach. And the kids enjoyed the playground in the community. Overall, a great week, even though the weather wasn't the best.

We have stayed at this property several times and have booked again for July 2023. This property is just as it is described and we love it! Clean, well decorated, everything you need in the kitchen and very roomy for a large family.

Perfect!

We were impressed the house, the location and cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The house was roomier than expected! The ping pong and bumper pool tables were a hit!! Thank you!

The home is beautiful and our families had a wonderful vacation.

The property is beautiful, spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The kids loved the bay, fishing and crabbing. We enjoyed our family dinners on the deck, enough seats for 12. They have everything in the home you need to have a great vacation. It is only minutes from the beach. You can enjoy wonderful restaurants, bars, and the OC boardwalk. We loved our stay and look forward to renting again in the future. Thank you! Andrey and Murray

This house was amazing for our family vacation

The house was great. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The game room was a lot of fun. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The decks were very large and had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The only problem was the bugs. Being right on the canal it would have been perfect if one of the decks were screened in to prevent so many bugs from coming into the house. We tried spray and candles to keep them away and nothing seemed to work. Other than the bugs this place was perfect and we would absolutely consider returning next year!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had an absolutely amazing vacation here. Pictures didnt do it justice. It was perfect for my large family (mom and dad, sister, brother in law and 11 year old niece, myself, my husband, our 10 year old son and 1.5 year old son). The split level living area was perfect as it allowed families to split off and relax in separate areas. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean. Having 3 full bathrooms was perfect and it allowed each family to have their own. Kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly need plus more for cooking. The decks were great...especially the 2nd level deck. Way bigger then it looked on the photos. Stunning view from the back decks. Very friendly neighbors/neighborhood. The community pool was perfect and quiet for a relaxing day. I would highly recommend this spot and my family and I will surely come back again!!

Great location. Great house. Plenty of space

Truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Things that were a minor and mean minor issue is finding out after there a few days and doing my own research the canal water not safe for swimming or eating fish/crabs from it due to bacteria issues. Second very minor thing is needed another trash can for trash and recycle. Granted we went through a lot of trash but a second can would of been nice and the recycle is only picked up twice a month. With a house that can sleep 12 really would of been nice to have the space for extra trash. These things would not stop us from potentially renting this property again. It truly was a nice house.

Great Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the house. It was even nicer than the photos, had plenty of space, and was very clean/new. The upstairs was great for younger families with kids -- two big bedrooms with large closets and the large great room with bunk beds, futon, ping pong, bumper pool, and open space for the kids to hang out. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for our older guests, and our entire group of 12 had plenty of space to hang out down there as well. There are two outdoor tables/seating and plenty of seating inside as well. The kids enjoyed crabbing off the back dock, though we threw them all back as I dont think it is safe to eat. House was very close to lots of great shops and restaurants, and was a short 10-15 min drive to Fenwick Beach and ~30 mins to Ocean City. Loved the pool and jogging through the community. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, games, books, etc. Ive never been to Fenwick....always went to OC or Rehoboth/Bethany, but it is a really nice beach town with a smaller town vibe. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Awesome Vacation!

So we stayed here from June 8th through June 15. This home was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and immaculate. Not one speck of dust throughout the home. The kitchen has everything you need and is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of silverware, plates cups etc... So much room to spread out throughout the home. We had two families staying. 5 adults, two teenage boys and two small kids between 7-9 yrs old. The kids and teens loved the spacious rooms, bumper pool table and ping pong table. The two decks had awesome views of the canal and pond. We saw some amazing sunsets. The grill was awesome. Cooked burgers, dogs, salmon etc... The laundry room was in great shape. Washer and dryers were pretty new and no issues. We were literally minutes from Fenwick Boardwalk, go-karts, pool and many restaurants. If we wanted the night life, we drove to the Ocean City Boardwalk which was only 15-18 minutes away. We loved the home so much, we were sad to leave. If you plan on using the communal pool of Swann Keys, it was closed the entire week we stayed. We were informed by the Swann Keys Association office lady that The pool opens when the district schools close for the summer. Overall, the owners of this property really care and are committed because we couldn’t find one single flaw. We would love to come back next year and stay. The Munoz and Bermudez families

Lots of space & comfortable

House is so much nicer than pictures and very spacious! Kitchen is well stocked as other reviewers have stated. Some spices, etc left from previous renters. If you want to know if they have something in particular just message Diane and she will let you know. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. My boys liked walking over to play basketball. Only draw back is the launching ramp is tight to back into (my dad has a small fishing boat) and the dock at the ramp doesn’t have any kind of steps/ladder. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of the bay after using the launch. (Long story). If you bring your boat, a pontoon would be more suited to the property and the launch. Make sure you check with the owner that all the codes she provides are up-to-date. The launching ramp code had been changed and we had to reach out to get the new one. Otherwise, the home was very comfortable and clean. We would consider renting again if we return to the area.

Great time!

The house was actually better than pictured! We had a lovely time in a great location. Only negatives were that the neighbors are super close, and are very picky about crossing their property line which made it difficult to get in and out of paddle boards and kayaks on the canal without touching their property. Also- although the grill is included, it was pretty rusty so we ending up not grilling. But Otherwise- it was a great time! Would stay again :)

Family Vacation

This property was everything and more than expected. Nice and spacious for our large family. Everyone felt comfortable with the arrangements. The pool was nice and never really crowded. We went to fenwick state park for beach time. The back deck had plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. The owners were so easy to work with when something came up. Would definitely recommend this to a large family.

Beach vacation 2021

We had the best time at the house. The amenities were all great. The house was well kept and we had everything we needed to cook. Love what they did with the upstairs. The only thing that would make it better is a screened porch in the back. We had one of our best vacations of all time. Thanks
