Nybyggt hem belÀget pÄ en kanal i en familjeorienterad utveckling som leder till Little Assawoman Bay. Ta med din bÄt / jet ski / kanot / kajak; bÄtramp Àr tillgÀnglig för din anvÀndning. Du kan binda dem precis utanför vÄrt hem pÄ det nya skottet. Du kommer att ha rolig kajakpaddling i kanalen och ut till viken. Njut av lugnet och lugnet av att koppla av pÄ kanalen, men tillrÀckligt nÀra Ocean City, Maryland, strandpromenaden och stranden.

Första vÄningen har ett komplett badrum, sovrum med queen size-sÀng, sovrum med sovrum med king size-sÀng, tvÀttstuga, spiskök och vardagsrum. Njut av att sitta pÄ det stora tÀckta dÀck utanför köket och vardagsrummet med utsikt över kanalen. Vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa i queen-size. Our family had a great time. The house is conveniently located to the beaches and boardwalks. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The grill and grindle on the deck allowed us to cook outside. We would come back again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is our second year staying here and it was as good as last year! We have enough room for our family of 12! We love having room to sit outside for our meals. The pool is nice for when we don't want to travel to the beach. And the kids enjoyed the playground in the community. Overall, a great week, even though the weather wasn't the best.

Great stay! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and perfect for our stay! The house has 2 decks, main level and upper level with tables and plenty of sitting areas throughout! Great place for multi family rental! We rode bikes and enjoyed the pool and play areas!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had an absolutely amazing vacation here. Pictures didnt do it justice. It was perfect for my large family (mom and dad, sister, brother in law and 11 year old niece, myself, my husband, our 10 year old son and 1.5 year old son). The split level living area was perfect as it allowed families to split off and relax in separate areas. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean. Having 3 full bathrooms was perfect and it allowed each family to have their own. Kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly need plus more for cooking. The decks were great...especially the 2nd level deck. Way bigger then it looked on the photos. Stunning view from the back decks. Very friendly neighbors/neighborhood. The community pool was perfect and quiet for a relaxing day. I would highly recommend this spot and my family and I will surely come back again!!

Lots of space & comfortable

House is so much nicer than pictures and very spacious! Kitchen is well stocked as other reviewers have stated. Some spices, etc left from previous renters. If you want to know if they have something in particular just message Diane and she will let you know. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. My boys liked walking over to play basketball. Only draw back is the launching ramp is tight to back into (my dad has a small fishing boat) and the dock at the ramp doesn’t have any kind of steps/ladder. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of the bay after using the launch. (Long story). If you bring your boat, a pontoon would be more suited to the property and the launch. Make sure you check with the owner that all the codes she provides are up-to-date. The launching ramp code had been changed and we had to reach out to get the new one. Otherwise, the home was very comfortable and clean. We would consider renting again if we return to the area.

Great time!

The house was actually better than pictured! We had a lovely time in a great location. Only negatives were that the neighbors are super close, and are very picky about crossing their property line which made it difficult to get in and out of paddle boards and kayaks on the canal without touching their property. Also- although the grill is included, it was pretty rusty so we ending up not grilling. But Otherwise- it was a great time! Would stay again :)

Family Vacation

This property was everything and more than expected. Nice and spacious for our large family. Everyone felt comfortable with the arrangements. The pool was nice and never really crowded. We went to fenwick state park for beach time. The back deck had plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. The owners were so easy to work with when something came up. Would definitely recommend this to a large family.

Perfect!

We were impressed the house, the location and cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The house was roomier than expected! The ping pong and bumper pool tables were a hit!! Thank you!

Repeat Visitors

This is the third summer that my family, friends and I have rented this amazing beach house! We love how it overlooks water, it's clean and has EVERYTHING you need (kitchen has lots of containers, salad spinner, etc - there are hair dryers, dish detergent, trash bags....) The pool in the community is wonderful and even with Covid-19 there were 6 hours a day that it was open for swimming. We love to go to the Fenwick Island State Park beach which is only about 12-15 min from the house. You'll have a lovely time! :)

Very nice home; the house is well stocked so no need to bring a lot of extras like I did.

Great home, beautiful views. So many items within the house already. I would suggest a posted list of things already there (because I brought way too much)., hairdryers, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, etc. coffee pot, toaster oven, bagel toaster, vacuum, deck chairs, pillows, blankets, games and more games...already there:

The home is beautiful and our families had a wonderful vacation.

The property is beautiful, spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The kids loved the bay, fishing and crabbing. We enjoyed our family dinners on the deck, enough seats for 12. They have everything in the home you need to have a great vacation. It is only minutes from the beach. You can enjoy wonderful restaurants, bars, and the OC boardwalk. We loved our stay and look forward to renting again in the future. Thank you! Andrey and Murray

We purchased this empty lot from a family member and built our dream home. We are not able to vacation as much as we would like at this time and would like to share our home with your family. We enjoy the quiet nights sitting on our deck. If we want the night life, Ocean City is just minutes away.
