素晴らしいニュース！！ 2018年夏のレンタルシーズンに向けて、ホットタブとライトがアップグレードされました！

レイクコーパスクリスティに来て、5エーカーの湖frontにある敷地内にあるこの美しいゲートコミュニティホームをお楽しみください。専用プール、地下のホットタブ、釣り桟橋があります。

寝台には、キングサイズのベッド3台、クイーンサイズのベッド1台、クイーンサイズのソファーベッド3台、ツインベッド4台、カスタム4ベッドの子供用二段ベッドルームがあります。 4つのメインルームにはそれぞれ、プライバシーのために閉じることができるドアが取り付けられた2番目の小さな部屋があります。

楽しさとアクティビティの内外に十分なスペースがあるので、小さな再会のためであれ、素晴らしい家族旅行のためであれ、必要なものはすべて揃っています。

Awesome vacation house

Annual family vacation. Enough bedrooms/ beds for our family of 18. The pool and pool table were a hit with everyone. One plus for the house was the ice machine — it kept up with all our needs in this July heat.

Wonderful house with a beautiful pool. More than enough space to sleep, eat and play comfortably. We were sad to see the lake so shallow but only mother nature can take care of that.

Second time we’ve stayed.

Nice set up if you have 4 families. Great kitchen layout, plenty of restrooms. Kids enjoyed pool, we had board games going on the covered patio by the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool table during the hottest part of the day. We saw turkeys and plenty of birds. Unfortunately, the lake was very low, had to go elsewhere to fish understandably.

LOW LAKE LEVEL

Outside pictures need to be updated as the lake is extremely low!! I personally live on a constant level lake and would have NEVER paid this kind of money for these water conditions!! Fishing from the property is basically a no go unless u want to wade out into the water. I also would not recommend beaching your boat unless you own a flat bottom. Extremely shallow and marshy!! You can launch your boat at the state park, which is very close and has a nice ramp and fishing dock, but this too was scary as we are not familiar with this lake and there is lots of stumps showing at this time. With all that being said, the house is pretty private, the layout is great and there is plenty of parking. The pool, hot tub area and outdoor grilling area are great. There is a pellet grill and a small charcoal grill. There is a gas grill you may see in pictures but it is out of service. The reviews I read prior to booking stated there was an ANT issue but I figured this had been addressed. Not sure if action has been taken but there are plenty of ants on kitchen counters so don't leave your food out! Prior reviews also stated the kitchen was adequately stocked. I would say moderately stocked. We needed foil and a hand mixer and a ziplock baggy. Did not see any of these items but there is a SMALL HEB close by where you can purchase most any of your needs. There seemed to be plenty of dishes, pans, silverware and even paper products! Communication with the property manager was a tad slower than I am accustom to. I would recommend patio furniture on the back porch but there is plenty down by the pool. I would also recommend instructions or labeling of the lights and tv remotes, but we eventually figured out most of it.

Lake City Gem

This year was the third year we have utilized this property for our large family's Thanksgiving! It is a perfect house/property for our family's get-together. Communication with the owners is great. The property is clean and inviting. It has everything we need or needed to complete our Thanksgiving weekend! I give the property, the owner and the management of the property a solid "5"!! We will be back for year four next year!!!

Fantastic Place

The place was great! The photos don't do it justice! The kitchen is well stocked, and we were fighting over who got to cook on the stove and griddle :D There were plenty of plates for everyone, though the silverware was a little short (but we'd brought plastic). Plenty of room in the fridge, at least 4 towels in every bathroom (5 bathrooms), toilet paper was well stocked. The kids went fishing off the little dock and even caught catfish :D We all plan to stay again next summer.

Family Fun in 2021

The property was lovely. What a unique layout. Plenty of space for my three daughters and their families. The swimming pool was a giant hit - but we did have a little trouble getting the water features to work. It was also a little disappointing that the gas grill and pool lights (both very prominent in the website photos) didn’t work. But the smaller charcoal setup was a nice backup. I would suggest some written guidance in and around the house to help know how to turn on lights and pool features. But we were grateful for the homeowner’s assistance to get us on track. All in all - a great time at a beautiful location. Have already suggested it to other family members!!

Don't waste your time

Property location isn’t in the best area. Terrible road into property. Fishing was terrible. Lots of the amenities listed are broken. Hot tub leaks everywhere and isn’t actually hot because of that, pool lights broken, grill broken, water well broke and we were without water for the majority of one of our days, ants EVERYWHERE! They got all in our snacks and food. Found pieces of broken glass in the yard. Property seems poorly maintained and neglected. Do not recommend for the current listing price!! This is more of a camp style place vs a nice well taken care of property.

Treasured family time

Our family was eager to travel some where close to our homes where we could make lasting memories. This property was perfect. It was spacious inside and out. Well kept grounds and home. The property manager was kind and responsive to questions. We enjoyed stay very Much and are grateful for owners being so considerate in their design of home for families.

Fun stay

Family enjoyed our time here. This is our second time staying here and we all enjoyed it once more. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. Love how private the location is. The hot tube was perfect given the weather was a bit chilly. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool table. Love the individual thermostats in each room. Will come back again.

Perfect for the Family

Lakehouse with Lots of Space and Amenities

We had 4 families with younger kids staying at the property and we all really enjoyed our time there. All the amenities are there - lakefront, full kitchen, full bathrooms for each bedroom, TVs, and plenty of space to let the kids play. It’s also very close to the state park and you can launch your boat or jet skis there, which is what we did, We did run into a few issues while we were there - pool lights weren’t working, gas ran out the final night of our stay - but the property manager was very responsive. We are greatly looking forward to our next visit there!
