The Beach House promises an unforgettable vacation, combining comfortable accommodations, breathtaking views, and direct access to Bay Beach. It's the perfect destination for a tranquil and enjoyable getaway and one of the only rentals right on this beach. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room create a cozy space for the family to gather for dinner, games and family time.

A fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and essential small appliance, dishes and utensils allows for preparing meals to share together. The living room is spacious and provides a cozy fireplace for nights after a day at the beach.

With three inviting bedrooms designed to accommodate your group you will be sure to be comfortable. Bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen
Bedroom 2: Double
Bedroom 3: Two twin over twin bunk beds - adults are not allowed on the top bunks

With the convenience of two bathrooms, each equipped with walk-in showers, privacy and ease of use, allowing everyone to get ready for a day of beachside adventures or refresh after basking in the sun.

**Please note this property does not have central air conditioning. It has a stand-up air conditioning unit that vents out of the living room window.**

After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and lake water with the convenient outdoor shower, featuring hot water for a refreshing post-beach experience.
For the beach enthusiasts, a convenient set of stairs provides direct access to the sandy shores of the public beach, inviting you to enjoy long leisurely walks, sunbathing, or building sandcastles with your loved ones.

A license is required to operate a short-term rental in Fort Erie, and the license outlines the maximum number of guests allowed in the property. The limit includes all persons regardless of age. We cannot approve more people than what the property is licensed for.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Only the people registered to stay are allowed at, on, or in the property.

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, make this a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!

Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

Other Things to Note:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
