This house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. The house was spacious and accommodated our family well. The balconies were nice and all outdoor furniture was very nice.

Beautiful home that literally has everything you could need for your stay! Beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and more! Just bring your clothes and yourself! It has ocean views and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay!

Overall the beach house was a great location and plenty of room for our family. The decks with the view were great and we spent a lot of time outside. However, the cleaning was not the best upon check in especially along the baseboards. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, large covered balconies/decks, incredible collection of beach towels (10), chairs (6), toys, floats, large sun ninja beach shade/tent, beach mats, etc. We also very much appreciated the outdoor shower with multiple little ones. Kitchen is well stocked as listed, with an impressive variety of cookware, bakeware, mugs, bowls, plates, etc. We also took advantage of the charcoal grill one night.Because the house is pet-friendly there is some dog hair in the harder to clean areas, but I'm very happy to report there was thankfully no dog hair in any linens!! (a pet peeve of mine)The travel crib, high chair, and baby gate were very appreciated by our group, along with other baby, toddler, kid items!Overall really fantastic place and we would absolutely return!

The house is great. Loved spending time on the upper porch with the ocean view. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Check in was extremely easy and the host provided a quick response to a question.

Beach is a two minute walk. Views are spectacular. Quiet neighborhood. Owners are very responsive. This was our third year and if available we will be back. Follow instructions in owners letter on what to bring and what is and isn’t supplied. Very helpful.

This home was wonderful and perfectly suited our family’s needs. It is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great, being close to restaurants and shops, but not in the middle of everything and the beach is only a few steps away. We enjoyed being able to use the owner’s beach chairs and towels as it made packing easier! Although not ocean front, it does have ocean views. There was plenty of seating, both indoors and out! Overall, I highly recommend this home for your next beach adventure!

Great beach access, we and the dog had an awesome time! Even though we brought our own beach supplies, there was a huge variety to choose from downstairs in the entryway. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was great in communicating ( even when we called them on their own vacation overseas -oops we didn't know) ! Overall a lovely stay.

My husband, Ray and I purchased this property as an investment for our future retirement plans. We live just north of Boston, and are only able to come down a few times a year; twice in the off season, and with our whole family in August. This time to get together is especially meaningful to us now that our sons have moved to Texas. We know how important family time is to you too, and hope that you have a wonderful stay, and make lots of great memories.

We came down in 2016 on Thanksgiving weekend, looking for a home to buy and our poor realtor, Glynda, ended up showing us 10 houses in 2 days! This was the last house that we saw that weekend, and we fell in love. You just can't beat the set up for convenience, and the location is perfect. It's far enough from the center that you don't have the traffic and the noise, but still close enough to walk there (less than 2 miles) which is especially nice when walking the beach. The views from the deck, and sound of the waves while relaxing on either of the front decks are heavenly.

There are so many things that make our home unique, and keep our guests coming back year after year. We are always looking to improve our guests experience. I'm really excited that we are now offering complimentary turn down service included with our linen service. This means that when you arrive at our house, the beds will already be made for you with super comfortable sheets, and towels will be placed in the bathrooms. We also recently added a picnic table by the grill area, and a hammock that can easily be attached to the posts. Our extra large outdoor shower has a built in bench, as well as hooks for hanging your towels, and the shower has a removable wand making it easy to get all of that beach sand off. We keep a clothesline up for your towels as well. Many people, like me, treasure the sunrises and sunsets that are so spectacular at the beach. You can see both from our house! View the sunrise from the front decks, and the sunset from the back decks! You won't need to worry about splinters either, because all of our decks and outdoor stairs are made from composite decking materials and as an added safety feature, we have a latching gate on the first floor deck!
