We welcome you to your private house in a peaceful place into the wild.
One bedroom, one living room (with an extra sofa bed), private deck, gym and swimming pool.

We will come to pick you up in Almirante to take you to our "Bocas Bay Lodge", and take you back to Almirante at the end of your stay.

Your guest house is made from traditional material, such as local wood and "penca" roof, just like your private gym place.
At Bocas Bay Lodge, we really care about protection and conservation of the environment. Therefore, we produce organic fruits and vegetables. We compost and further fertilize our green manure on our cultivated land.
We use solar panels to produce part of our daily energy. And a spring together with rainwater collection supply all the water we need.

You will have access to the full domain. We will guide you through the botanical garden with heliconias and so many other tropical plants, through the vegetable garden, the orchard of local fruits, and through the domain's forest. We will also show you how the cacao seeds from the property are transformed into chocolate powder, which you will further taste in our special "Cacao chips Choco cream".
As we have a single guest house to rent, you will have private access to the swimming pool, the terraces, hammock spots, and the gym place.

We speak French, Spanish, English, and German.
The property is entierly closed, and watched by guards 24/7.

On the domain we produce, without any chemicals, all sorts of fruits and vegetables varieties including the most common tropical ones (Pineapple, cacao, mango…), also less known ones (Yuplon, Guanabana, Zapote columbiano…), and some others well known for their healthy properties (Moringa, Stevia, Curcuma…). You will try some of these at breakfast (included).

Bocas Bay Lodge is located 1 hour away from the Costa-Rican frontier, 20 minutes away from Almirante, on the Trans-panamean road to David. From our place you will be one hour from the famous "Bocas del Toro" (by car plus boat).
Possible access from the two local airports in Bocas del Toro island, and Changuinola (1 hour from our place).

Buses to Almirante and David pass in front of the domain every half hour. In any case, we will come to pick you up in Almirante to take you to our "Bocas Bay Lodge".
