strictly family farm, all furnished. Easy access, with 03 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, traditional cuisine and rustic, 02 bathrooms, game room, Well Water Artesian, Playground for children up to 10 years, natural fishing spot and others. The farm is very beautiful and cozy. Pool with 42,000 liters d'transparent water. It is not an isolated farm, it is among other farms, rural neighborhood nice, bright and family. Is 30 minutes of Pouso Alegre direction BH, 10 minutes from the center of São Sebastião da Bela Vista and 10 minutes Careaçu by Fernão Dias. An odd entertainment space, unique, very structured, with total privacy.
