Charmante maison proche du coeur du village de Bryn Mawr dans une rue résidentielle tranquille

Notre maison jumelle de 3 chambres, construite en 1900, présente de nombreux détails architecturaux originaux de l'époque. Profitez de nos planchers en chêne, de la véranda avec balancelle et du pont arrière avec grill donnant sur le jardin arrière. Chacune de nos 3 chambres dispose d'un lit queen-size confortable: une chambre à l'arrière, une grande chambre à l'avant et un espace rénové (chambre la plus silencieuse). Le futon unique dans la pièce avant peut être facilement positionné n'importe où au 2ème étage. Les unités de fenêtre fournissent un climatiseur (moderne, silencieux, télécommandé) - un ventilateur de plafond télécommandé dans la cuisine et la chambre avant. La cuisine est entièrement équipée - les chefs auront du mal à trouver quelque chose qui manque! Réfrigérateur pleine grandeur avec congélateur inférieur. Smart TV à écran plat (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu) dans le salon et WI-FI gratuit dans toute la maison. Imprimante sans fil disponible pour les clients. Nouveau thermostat convivial pour le chauffage (situé dans D / R). Les portes françaises de la cuisine s'ouvrent sur le pont arrière avec des sièges extérieurs, une table et un parasol - un bel espace pour le petit-déjeuner en été. Barbecue électrique extérieur pour barbecue .. Accès invité: La porte d'entrée est sans clé. Vous aurez l'intimité de cette maison tout seul. Interaction avec les clients: Nous sommes disponibles par téléphone mobile à tout moment pendant votre séjour. Nous aimerions partager ce que nous savons sur le quartier: bonne nourriture, cafés, magasins, parcs, jardins, etc. The Neighbourhood: Bryn Mawr est situé sur The Main Line, une ancienne banlieue de Philadelphie. Notre maison est située dans une rue calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Bryn Mawr, avec de nombreux magasins, restaurants et toutes les commodités habituelles d'un quartier. Le centre-ville de Philadelphie est à environ 20 km, en voiture ou en train SEPTA. Près de plusieurs collèges et universités: Villanova, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, St Joe's, Harcum, Cabrini, Eastern, Rosemont, Swarthmore, Immaculata, Gwynedd-Mercy, Arcadia, Chestnut Hill, Penn, Drexel, Phila Univ, La Salle.

Cute house in a lovely neighborhood. One block from a row of restaurants. Just a few blocks to the easy-to-use SEPTA station. Well-appointed kitchen, good plumbing, dreamy beds and an amazing CD selection. The four of us agree that Roderick’s house on Reese in Bryn Mawr has earned a 10.0 rating. A wonderful cozy place to re-connect with dear pals, and a Thoughtful host!!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Our family was in tower to celebrate a college graduation, and this home was perfect for us! Wonderful shops and restaurants in walking distance. Spacious and well appointed home that had everything we needed from an iron to blender. We had the best memories together as a family staying here! Rod is kind and accommodating!

Wonderful family stay!

Fantastic house in center of Bryn Mawr

An all around fabulous house that exceeded our expectations. As a previous reviewer said, it's like staying at a very organized friend's house. The backyard is lovely, and the location was perfect for us, just one block from the shops and reastaurants, yet completely quiet. We would love to stay again in this beautiful house.

We had a great experience staying here. Communication with Rod was excellent. The house is exactly as it’s shown. We were able to fit our minivan in the garage but it was snug fit. The house was stocked extremely well. We enjoyed our stay.

Charming Bryn Mawr Home

This lovely home has all the comforts and amenities, located on a residential street within walking distance to the shopping/restaurants area of town. It's a great location if you plan to do sightseeing in Philadelphia or a day at the Jersey shore. Whatever reason for your visit, you'll return to this home and unwind on the beautifully planted patio or the inviting living room area. The beds were all comfy. The house was immaculate. We had a great stay and definitely will return. It feels like your home away from home!

Like staying at a thoughtful friend's old house in a nice neighborhood

We've stayed before and will stay again. Comfortable, organized, convenient to Haverford where we were visiting our offspring. One can take Zoom calls from upstairs desk while others hung out downstairs. Kitchen well-equipped to facilitate cooking. Good book shelves. Great to be able to park in the garage. A nice old house and attentive host.

Fantastic Property!!!

The house was just what I needed to visit my daughter and her friends at Villanova. The house had plenty of room, was in a quiet area, and was very clean and well appointed. It had everything I needed. I could walk to bars and restaurants and to the University as well. Rod is a wonderful host: very helpful and attentive to anything I needed. Great place to stay, and I will definitely stay there again! Thanks, Rod! Love your property!!

A wonderful "home" for the holidays

Our family loved staying in this wonderful Bryn Mawr home just before the holidays. I can't say enough about its cozy upstairs. Everything was carefully labeled and clear. We were never confused about how to find or use anything. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Extra bedding, pillows, towels, and beyond...check, check, and check. We felt so comfortable and at home. Thank you!

Great weekend stay with our adult children

We stayed at Rod's house while in town for a family event. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The house was spotless! The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. The living room was very comfortable and large. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were completely stocked including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bath towels were over-sized and soft! We will definitely stay at this house again while in town visiting with family.

Super clean and great location

We stayed here in 2019 and were very happy with the home which is why we chose it again. The home is impeccably clean! Rod has great communication and answers questions quickly. The location is perfect! Many restaurants and shops are all walkable. Try Snap Pizza, El Limon, Surreal ice cream and boba, and Hope's cookies to name just a few. The house has a homey feel that makes coming back from a long day of exploring the Philly area or visiting your college student so relaxing. We highly recommend this VRBO. We plan to return in the future.

Perfect location/ comfortable stay

This was the perfect property for us. It's a very cute attached 3 bedroom house in a nice little neighborhood near Villanova. We were in town for my son's graduation and the property had everything we needed. It's close to the main road for shops and restaurants. The unit is quiet and cozy, with a kitchen that has everything. The back deck and gardens are pretty - unfortunately we couldn't sit out there because of the unfriendly weather. My husband enjoyed the CDs. The unit is attached but quiet, the neighbor was singing a little but it was during hours that didn't disturb us. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you Rod!

My favourite movie is The Godfather (2) with The Deerhunter a close second but then there's The Irishman, Being There...and who doesn't love Casablanca? I was born in Liverpool in England and grew up in Dublin, Ireland. I have lived in the US since the 1980's....

Great location - Situated in the mature suburbs of Philadelphia known as The Main Line, we're 30 ms to Phila., 10 mns to I-476 and thus 2 hrs to Manhattan , 2.5 hrs to Washington DC, 1.5 hrs to beaches, 1-5 hrs to PA mountains.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I have lived on the Main Line and worked in the Education field for many years. Bryn Mawr is a great base for visiting local colleges and universities. Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Rosemont, Villanova University, Swarthmore College, Arcadia University, Univ of Penna, Temple are all within a reasonable drive of our house.
