Private & spacious, 3-BR and 2-BA single story-garden home. New remodel and professionally designed mid-century open floor plan. Loaded with character and charm, this spacious home boasts a private office, newly designed kitchen, and professionally landscaped outdoor space. Cozy over-sized family room with a gray stone fireplace will make your evenings enjoyable and relaxing. Kitchen area is equipped with all new appliances, oversized island and quaint coffee nook area. Enjoy the outdoors in the Fall and Holiday months with a private (fenced in), backyard with picturesque views of blooming flowers and Dogwood trees. Backyard is equipped with a B-Q grill, Bronze Hammered Fire Pit as well as a retractable awning. This property is located very close to Oreland, Blue Bell, Conshohocken & Ambler, it is central to many country clubs, train station, restaurants and close to Philadelphia, (22 miles). Easy access to major highways. (PA Turnpike/NJ Turnpike/476-Blue Route & 202).

We had a lovely stay while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding! The house was equipped with all amenities that we needed and host was very responsive. We found the layout to be great and spacious for our family of 5 adults and a 1 year old.

Tina and Drew’s home was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting the area for a family reunion. The cute cottage was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The backyard was so quiet and private for being in the city of Oreland and close to everything.We will definitely stay again when we travel back to the Philadelphia region. This was a five star property in every way. Thanks Tina and Drew for sharing this lovely home.

Great house, beautiful yard

The best!!! VRBO

Tina and Drew’s home is beautiful! One story ranch. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with jetted tub and shower, the second one with a great stall shower. Shower head pressure was terrific. Beds are so comfortable. The decor is fabulous! Comfy sofa and chairs in living room. Stone TV wall with gas fireplace so great in winter! Beautiful dining area with overhead skylight. Round table and 4 chairs. Another breakfast nook off the kitchen And the kitchen!!! So modern and beautiful! Large new stackable washer/dryer. Lots of staples in pantry and fridge: ketchup, mustard, butter, other condiments. Sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar so you don’t have to buy them. Ample dishes and flat wear. A beautiful fenced in back yard with table and chairs, fire pit which we couldn’t use unfortunately because of the weather I imagine it’s a great space in the summer. House is so convenient to Chestnut Hill, right off route 309 To get to turnpike. I can’t say enough about their home. Except that we’re coming back next year!!!

Amazing and Super Comfortable Home

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful and well decorated home. We came back to my hometown for my nephew’s wedding. The back garden was perfect for relaxing and the house offered incredible amenities! Close to all the best Philly has to offer!

Fabulous Retreat

We had a wonderful stay here as we celebrated our niece’s wedding at Normandy Farms, in Bluebell. (15 minute drive) It was perfect for our family. A deer visited us in the enchanting garden. It has a gorgeous renovated kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. Stylish decor and fresh flowers welcomed us to the home. Thank you Tina and Drew for checking we were happy and enjoying your lovely house.

Lovely Getaway

Super convenient to Philadelphia and Bucks County. Beautiful property and home. Accommodations were clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was so nice, we had to cook in it! Overall, a great space; really excellent for relaxing after a long day of moving around in the area.

relaxing stay

It was nice to stay in a place close to the things we wanted to visit that was in a cute quite neighborhood. The house was set up perfectly for our family and decorated so nicely. The beds were a little stiff and the pillows might need to be replaced. There was pet hair on the floor and chairs but other that it was a very nice stay.

Great home

Great area near restaurants (2 miles), nice park for walking just a block away. Bedrooms perfect for us and two teens. Dog enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We saw two rabbits come out in the backyard each evening.

Great house in the burbs

Our family stayed here just under a week and enjoyed the house! It has a great location for activities in the suburbs but still convenient to the city. Close to highways. The house had plenty of space inside and out, and had some very nice updates particularly in the large kitchen area. And the private backyard is a great place to play with kids or relax with friends and family. Drew and Tina made the process very easy from booking to checkin and checkout. The house was great and we’d highly recommend!

A charming getaway!

It is clear from the moment you visit that Tina and Drew take great care of their property! This location was perfect for our weekend reunion - clean, quiet, absolutely gorgeous backyard and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Home away from home

This property was so convenient that it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. It had everything you could possibly need. The garden in back was especially enjoyable.

Great place

Description of house was as stated on site, in fact we found it roomier. Back yard was big and our pup was very happy roaming around. Appliances were modern and easy to use. Bed were comfortable and layout of house was convenient to accommodate different sleeping schedules. All our concerns and questions were answered within minutes.

Perfect location and lovely property

I recently stayed at this home with 3 other family members who were in town from Florida for a memorial service. We all agree that it was the perfect place for us! It was super clean, had everything we need, and there was plenty of space to hang out and enjoy conversation. I had to prepare food for the memorial luncheon, and the kitchen had everything I needed -- with plenty of space for food prep and storage. The back yard is a lovely oasis for morning tea and relaxation. The proximity to major roads like Route 309 and the PA Turnpike made day trips very convenient. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Beautiful house with large back yard

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. We have two toddlers and the backyard and firepit were both big hits with the kids. Communication was easy, prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay again for a future visit.
