Exceptional experience

This condo was of exceptional quality and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. The location was ideal — conveniently close to everything, yet wonderfully quiet. We genuinely have nothing but positive things to say. It ranks among the best travel experiences we've ever had.

Conchas Chinas is a little gem of a neighborhood, it has beautiful, serene, white sands, and clean beaches. It is a semi-secluded area that is far enough from the action that keeps the area quiet and close enough to enjoy the lively scene in Down Town and Zona Romantica - a 5-minute taxi ride from Zona Romantica and 8-minute ride to down town.
A delightful 30-minute beach walk will take you into town.
You have many water activities and plenty of sea life to observe, whales, turtles, manta rays, flying fish, every day is an adventure.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is located on the 8th floor so we have amazing 180 degree views of the bay. This is a ocean-front property which means that your senses are filled with ocean waves crashing sounds, sea smells.
The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable that most days you will just want to stay and enjoy a home cooked diner and enjoy the sunset from your own dining room.
