Nuestra villa de golf Seagrape es un condominio renovado de lujo en la comunidad Greenlinks de Lely Resort, que se ofrece para alquiler exclusivamente a través de The Holiday Life. Esta unidad completamente actualizada cuenta con 2 habitaciones King size con ropa de cama hermosa, baños con azulejos de piedra de canto rodado, encimeras de granito y Corian, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y azulejos nuevos, alfombras y muebles de primera calidad. El lanai proyectado tiene una de las mejores vistas de Greenlinks sobre el lago y el campo de golf y es súper tranquilo y pacífico, ya que se encuentra en la parte trasera de la comunidad. Reclínese en el sofá de cuero con asientos de estilo teatro para ver la televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana y disfrutar de las vistas al lago. Otra sala de estar en la parte delantera del condominio tiene otra pantalla plana y las dos habitaciones tienen televisores, ¡así que hay espacio para que todos se relajen! El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y tiene un hermoso mini bar incorporado e iluminación de diseño para un gran ambiente durante la hora de comer en el interior, ¡o cenar al aire libre en el lanai!

Great location

We rented for a few days to start our Christmas vacation. We found it to be a great location, close to Naples and easy access to stores and restaurants. We had great communication with the property manager and would definitely return.

Perfect home!

We had a great time in Naples and this property was perfect! We loved everything about it. The home was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was close to everything. The view was beautiful and my children loved the neighborhood pool! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Christmas in Naples

We came to Naples from frosty NH to celebrate Christmas with family. Sea grape at Greenlinks was perfect for our stay. Close to groceries and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Beautiful view of the golf course with a private lanai. Highly recommend.

Great clean property!

The property was clean and better than pictures. Kitchen has everything. The mattresses were comfy which is not always the case. The pool was clean and there is a small work out room to use. 5 stars for sure. We would come back

Everything was upscale and modern.. We had just about anything we wanted and more. The layout was fantastic. We had been coming to Lely for 10 years and this was definitely the best unit we have stayed in. Amir was more than accommodating on anything we asked.

Great spot!

My husband and I loved our 2bdrm/2BA unit in South Naples at Lely…20 minutes to 5th Ave and 25 min to Marco Island…the unit is lovely with very comfortable furniture…split bedroom plan with 2 king master suites with great mattresses…the location is near all sorts of restaurants and shopping…I highly recommend…and the unit is spotless! Thank you for sharing this lovely unit!

Greenlinks 1414 .... Year Two!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to unit 1414. It is just a wonderful, clean, updated in every way, comfortable way to spend a vacation. My husband had some corporate “work” that needed to be addressed during our 2 week stay and the desk/chair in the beautiful guest room was perfect. The kitchen was set up like most condo kitchens of this caliber...everything you might need. The dining room has a wine/drink fridge that was awesome. Both bedrooms have king beds and ample chest/closest space for an extended visit. Master King bed is very comfy. The Master bathroom is beautiful.... with double sinks and a wonderful shower... only addition could be a convenient hook or bar to hang used bath towels . The guest bathroom is perfect! The view from kitchen/living area and Master Suite is just as pictured. We loved sitting on the lanai at all times of the day!The Publix, Walmart and other shopping is very close and ample parking right in front of condo is key!Forgot to mention the clubhouse has great equipment for my morning treadmill walk and the pool area is fun! We will be going back to 1414 for year three and have already secured our stay for 2019.

A Wonderful Hikiday at Seagrape

The view across the lake to the golf course is certainly one of the best in Greenlinks and a joy to wake up to each morning. The condo has been beautifully renovated, well stocked, and has comfortable couches and beds. It is a short walk to the gym and pool and discounted rates at two beautiful golf courses, Mustang and Flamingo. With it’s beautiful finishes in white and blue, Seagrape has a happy, coastal feeling throughout.

We loved our stay! Enjoyed eating in and found the kitchen well stocked. Very peaceful and fresh decor. The recliner couch was super comfortable as were the beds. We hope to return in the future!

Very nice, is as pictured

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and well stocked. The furnishings are attractive and in great shape. The internet can be spotty at times and the TV in the den did not work at all. About midway through our stay, we made a call for service as the clothes washer had stained sheets with an oily substance. We were assured we would hear from the property manager, but never did. Luckily we had overpacked and had clean clothes until we returned home. Aside from that, it was a great stay and would consider staying there again (assuming they fix the washer!).

I’m happy to recommend this property and the owners/management were professional and attentive and a pleasure to deal with.

The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location of Seagrape is fantastic -walk to the pool in 2-3 minutes. The mornings were so peaceful having our coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise over the lake and the golfers 🏌️‍♀️.
