Your very best family memories are waiting to be made in this lovely sound side home complete with it's own private sandbar and ocean white cap views from the front deck. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is perfectly set up so you can relax from the moment you turn the key. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental only.
When you enter the front door you will see a staircase to your right that leads to the main living area, where you will find a large main suite with it's own private bath, a comfortable and well appointed living area that has a TV viewing area, dining area, and full kitchen with white quartz countertops that make cooking and clean up a breeze. Kitchen additions are a beverage fridge,microwave drawer, and air fryer for your use to make this home your new vacation favorite. There are three sliding glass doors (one in the master, two in the living room) that give access to a furnished back deck boasting beautiful sound views and amazing sunsets.
On the entry level you will find three bedrooms and two baths providing you with ample accommodations for your entire family. The main guest room has a queen bed, and its own en suite full bathroom. The middle "bunk room" holds two bunk beds, sleeping four comfortably. The third room gives you the option to use the pull out couch to accommodate any overflow guests. This room also has a television mounted on the wall. Each of these rooms has its own sliding glass door giving access to the second deck which spans the full width of the house and views of the private sand bar with a great chance of dolphin sightings as they swim by in Banks Channel.
On site laundry is available on the entry level, and the outdoor shower is a bonus for when you return from the beach. The beach is just two short blocks away from the front door, and beach chairs are provided for your use during your stay.
The dock extends into the channel and provides a great spot to fish, swim or even stargaze. If you have your own boat you are welcome to tie up to the floating dock but you are responsible for proper docking/tie up. Please use caution when docking because you are liable for any damage to the dock. Bush's marina is very close and makes it convenient to put your boat in the water.
There is a local grocery, ice cream shop, mini golf and even roller rink within walking distance from the house, making this home a prime location for a worry free vacation getaway.
