Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Fully renovated ocean view condo in an amazing oceanfront resort. Everything in our condo is new and exceptionally clean. We even have our own arcade machine! The resort features indoor/outdoor pools, a lazy river, spa, restaurant, tennis courts, game room, and so much more. Perfect getaway for couples or for the family. And being located in sunny Myrtle Beach, the area is brimming with entertainment options. Enjoy our provided kuerig/coffee while sitting on our porch enjoying the ocean breeze! We also have free wifi and cable TV provided. No cleaning fee! There is a $10 per day parking fee not included. Early checkin available for $20 per hour.

We really enjoyed the convenience of this spot. It was pretty much "on the beach." I loved that they had plenty of carts to get our luggage upstairs. The place was clean and definitely as described. There was a nice balcony. You can't exactly see the beach but the view was still okay. We didn't have any issues with parking so that was great for us. We parked near the building no matter when we left and came back. I would most definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best place I have stayed in a long time. Condo just as the listing stated. Great location and close to all the amenities. Will definitely stay at this place again.

The host was excellent and responded very quickly but the room was a bit misleading. There are a lot of stains and needs better cleaning. The towels had a cigarette odor and the couches did not look the cleanest. We overall enjoyed our stay but the room could use an update and deeper clean.

This is a Superhost rated property. The cleaning marks are extremely high. The entire resort is smoke free so that’s not possible.

The property overall was pretty dirty, the unit was pretty dirty. The kitchen seats sticky, just basic things clearly not cleaned from prior people stays. Mold in the shower. If you’re depending on Lyfts/uber they will struggle to find you because of where you’re located on the property. A long walk to get to the unit. Would probably not swim in the indoor pool. We just needed a place to sleep for one night so it was fine overall but I would not have wanted to stay here for my entire trip.

I’m not sure if this is a real review. We don’t have kitchen seats. There is no mold or the hoa would require us to fix it. The parking lot is literally 3 steps from the building. Would not swim in the indoor pool? Any reason? I’m so confused

Condo was in a great location,ocean view from balcony,easy access to pools and beach. Furniture on balcony was too big for size of balcony so moving around was tricky. Bunk beds suitable for small children up to 12/13 year old. Pull out sofa but we didn't use it. Kitchen had everything needed and was clean. We appreciated all linens included as well as toilet paper and trash bags. Laundry was no in condo but on same floor and convenient. Bathroom was very small, but efficient. Condo could have been a little cleaner but over all it was ok for my husband and I and our two children ages 10&11. Communication with host was easy. If staying with teenagers I would suggest a larger condo.

Communication with host was good and this is a convenient location to both murrells inlet and north Myrtle. Condos need updating and deep cleaning, particularly floors and bathrooms.

Loved this place!

This place was so perfect for a family getaway! It was so spacious for being a one bedroom and had everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. We could fit the pack n play easily in the bedroom and still have room to get to the bed and have our suitcases out. The openness was good for my 3 year old to have room to play. Great location with a less than 5 min walk to the beach and pool. We definitely will recommend to others! The host was so easy to contact and answer questions.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The unit looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. The dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. The Keuring and coffee cups were dirty. A drink had been spilled in front of the fridge; the floor and fridge were left sticky. When I pulled back the shower door, I was surprised to find the previous tenant's shampoo and body wash! The cabinets had old food and spices someone had left behind. The pantry was filled with boxes/junk. I found dirty napkins under the couch. There were boxes of laminate flooring under then beds, right alongside a THICK layer of dirt and dust. The walls and floors were filthy. I also discovered a balcony door that DIDN'T lock. This unit is on the 5th floor, with high seating outside. When I contacted the unit owner WITH photos of the room, the response was appalling. I was told that the cleaners "do their best with the time they are given" and that there was no problem with the condition of the room. He also admitted that he was aware the balcony door lock didn't work, but it wasn't an issue because the unit is on the 5th floor! Clearly my kid's safety wasn't taken into consideration! We left our vacation early because this was such a terrible experience. I was aware that the hotel and room were dated, however, dated and dirty are two INCREDIBLY different things! The photos for the listing are NOT accurate. I can't discredit this listing and host enough!! This is NOT a super host! Save your money!

This guest stayed 3 nights in our condo. Had no issues “miraculously “ until the final night when he tried to get a full refund for the stay, but not leave. VRBO denied his claim and said all of this was untrue. It’s frustrating but also part of being a host that some people try to take advantage of the system and get a free stay. This property is a Superhost, guest favorite.

Clean, convenient, stress-free stay

Aaron was very communicative with us. Check in was easy. Parking was adequate and we were able to park close to the room most of the time. You can see the ocean from the balcony if you sit on the chair to the left. The vibe was relaxed and no pressure. The kitchen was nice and kept us from spending to much on eating out. The bed and recliner chairs were awesome as well. Close to the shops, theres a walmart across the street. Plenty of pools and hot tubs as well as other fun activities. Easy to get in and out of the property, traffic was on the lighter side vs. North myrtle. Would love to book again.

We recently spent one night here with a family of 6. 4 of those were adult children. The condo was spacious enough for short-term. I do think it would have been a little tight for our group for an extended stay as we were all adults. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated and are nice. The kitchen is spacious for a smaller space. Check-in was easy and the location is great as were the amenities. It was a little difficult knowing which condo we were in when trying to find a close parking space but we finally figured it out. There is a nice ocean view if you are on the left side of the balcony. There is some older carpet on the balcony that would benefit from removal and/or replacement. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

Cute place!

Location was great, short walk to the beach. It wasn’t ocean view, which would have been nice but the great location made up for that. Also, there is not a fridge pictured in the listing but there is one, just FYI. There is also no dining table, but little side tv tables off to the side. The bed was comfy, linens and sheets were comfy. The bunk bed was nice for my 6 year old, but there are no safety railings on the top bunk so I didn’t allow him to sleep up there. Check-in was seamless, host was very responsive to anything I asked. Thanks for a nice weekend stay!

Location was great, communication was great but, with all due respect that unit need a good scrubbing! The sweeper was never run, the sliding glass does were never cleaned ( I understand the salt, this was beyond that) the tv’s were covered with fingerprintsI understand its end of season, but this unit was not properly cleanedNever againSorry
