Bed bugs

We stayed about 5 minutes. Checked the bedding with a warm iron, and there were bed bugs

Dear Guest, we do not have bed bugs nor has any guest complained of any. Room was inspected and nothing was found.

It was a place to lay our head for the night. Mostly clean. The room door had been kicked in at some point (not during our 1 night stay) and the door only had 1 lock left that was very loosely attached to the door. But the room was a nice big size and it was a quiet stay. It was also a cheap room price.

Not recommended

As soon as i arrived i saw a very large group of people standing and sitting in the parking lot and it made me very wary about staying but id already paid and decided to stay. The room was clean but the security was lax and room was dreary. I won't return.

The pictures are absolutely not accurate of this listing. The only furniture in the room is a bed, loveseat, TV stand and a table, but no chairs to sit in. Half of the bathroom floor was missing and the toilet wobbled and you were afraid you were going to fall through the floor every time you sat down. There is a kitchenette, but not a single dish or utensil, not even a plastic cup for a drink of water. We had call housekeeping as soon as we got there because the bed had obviously not been changed since the last people were there, stained sheets, hairs in the bed. Also, there were no lamps and half of the lights did not work. You couldn’t even turn a light on in the bedroom, maybe that was so you couldn’t see the condition of the bed. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, but this was totally unacceptable, especially since it was not as advertised. Contacted VRBO, sent pictures of the actual conditions, but apparently the host word that everything was ok meant more than the actual pictures of the conditions. 10/10 do not recommend staying here, even if looking for just a place to sleep!

We do not place utensils, pots and pans, etc in room. It is available at front desk upon request. Pictures on Vbro are actual pictures of property. Sheets are changed during each guest stays. Please do not assume light in bedroom didnt work due to what your stating. It could simply been blown out light but we will have it fixed.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.The photos were VERY misleading. The photos made the room look warmly decorated and comfortable. The actual room was bare bones. No lamps - only harsh overhead lighting. It was called an extended stay, but there wasn’t even a coffee pot. Full kitchen with zero utensils, dishes, pots - nothing. Bare floor with no throw rugs. There was no clear communication regarding checkout. The office opened at 10am with no direction how to check out earlier. I left the key on the counter and hoped for the best. I only needed a place to sleep for the night. It met my minimum requirement.

Hello Barbara, we do not put plates, utensils, pots/pans in room. We offer them upon request. We are an extended stay hotel and we will soon update the pictures since we recently done renovations in guestrooms. Hope to serve you better in future. Thank you!

The sheets where dirty with stains, there where dead roaches in the refrigerator. TV didn't work properly. They couldn't find are reservations for 30 mins, had to contact manger, had curtain for a blanket In. I got pictures
