The home is equipped with a smartlock. You will receive access instructions with a one time code for your stay after you book.

Parties, large gatherings ( of over 6 people) and smoking inside the unit is prohibited in this property. A fine of up to $500 maybe charged for violations.
Recently we found that a neighbor in the building is smoking and the smell penetrates into the condo. Please be aware when booking if you are very sensitive to this issue, refunds WILL NOT be issued for a complaint of smoke smell.
