I love managing the property on my own to provide my guests with the maximum comfort and care during their stay.
The space
The apartment is strategically located in one of the most liked parts of Marina, with direct access to Marina Walk. Everything you need is around the corner, from groceries, restaurants, cafes, tram and metro stations, to the popular Marina Mall and Pier 7. The beach is only 7 minutes walk away.
It is fully renovated with extreme care of all the details.
All essentials are there: kitchenware and accessories, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, oil, salt and pepper, Wash machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning tools, hair dryer, towels, toiletries.
You will also have:

The new bathroom has a fresh and elegant style and is equipped with all necessary things like towels, bath mat, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
The apartment has a spacious and comfortable balcony with outdoor sitting and a beautiful view on Marina canal and JBR beach.
An amazing swimming pool and fabulous Jacuzzi will make your stay unforgettable!

Guest have access to the entire flat, including free access to the building swimming pool on the 2nd floor and gym on the 41st floor.
